Pizza parties are the BEST. Until it gets near the end and the only pieces of pizza left are the ones with the cheese ripped off and half the toppings gone.

To me, it's a bit of a matter of Hype Backlash. Back in elementary school, I didn't even like pizza! I don't mind it now, but I don't love it, and not all pizza is good. I'm a little wary of people who are too easily lured/motivated by the promise of a pizza party. Indeed, I try to avert the typical high school/college mentality of being easily lured by free food. I don't eat a lot, I'm a picky eater, and "free" isn't much of a lure for a person who both has money and doesn't spend much of it on food anyway.
