Name: Isaac Ferron
Back Story: He's a smart guy, and he has a job as a police scientist. At age 7, he was burned in a fire. This led to a HUGE hatred of fire, always putting it out immediately on sight. He always liked to explore, which led to him getting a huge, obvious scar on his arm at age 11. This hasn't stopped him, and he spied on the local city criminals at times. This led to him arresting a rapist at age 15, which led to him becoming a police scientist. He is currently age 25, fresh out of college and a nice person.
Powers: Ice manipulation. He can freeze things and create snow and hail. He is also a master of fencing, which is a talent, not a super power.
STATS Strength: 1.5 | Smart/Creative: 4.5 | Tall: 3.5 | Speed: 2 | Charismatic: 3 | Willful: 2.5

I going to move this sometime and reformat it so that it looks nice(I'm still new to the tropes formatting stuff), so I can have all the character sheets in one place but here

Start: On duty at the local prison, helping investigate how most of the prisoners broke out.
Nice I like it. One thing I would ask is by spying you mean being informant for the police?
Also to everyone, be Creative, don't try to start at the same place(unless you want to), and be creative with everything, while you can make a unusual back story most of the character should have kind of normal lives. and like Viral Sun did with his character, your characters personality is what powers their abilities. But it does not mean you need some event like his (again you can if you want, that's always cool
) but like a person is just a bit shy they may get invisibility or super speed(runs from the spotlight) or something like that.

Well this my first RPG that I'm trying to make, So please go easy on me.

Well in this universe the world lost its "energy" during a great war, until now. (the story starts in a modern world no different then ours now) The energy has just returned and people are just finding out about it. All of the mythologies and stories of super powers, magic, and other super natural things, told though history, while false, are based off the stories from when we the world had its "energy"
The way this works is kind of a X-men type people discovering their powers. Just give me a short back story of your character, and the power type you would like(like: Pyro, ice, magic, strength, speed, shape shifting etc {be creative}...) and you general stats(no dice rolling, I just want to know how strong, smart/creative, tall, fast, charming/charismatic, and willful you are. Those are the stats all between 1-5) And then I will give you a character sheet telling you what powers you start with and stuff you have and where you start. Then just join on in.
now what I want to do is, When a player wants to preform a action he writes kind of like this *Jeff jumps at Max and tries to hit him* then I will reply with what happens. This is subject to change if it does not work, or players do not like it.
