Andrew's trying to limit how convoluted Homestuck gets because... yeah. Problem Sleuth was totally unplanned; Homestuck has at least a vague direction, and the user commands are being relied on less. He's still pulling a lot of ideas from commands and WM Gs on the forums, apparently—they just doesn't show up word-for-word as much anymore to keep the story more cohesive.
But if you mean in terms of Beyond the Impossible, yeah, it's inevitable.

I really like his ghost telekinesis gloves. But I can't help feeling that a bunch of the cooler loot is going to be destroyed or lost somehow. At the very least it's probably not going to be practical to bring all of it up with him.
I just hope he at least gets to keep those gloves, though. And the glasses, they are neat.

Hrmm, well, John doesn't have to Captchalogue the SASSACRUSHER or WRINKLEFUCKER. Those would just be stored in his Strife Specibus, which I guess might not have that limit?
IDE/Theory John will actually keep all/most of his new toys, but he will need everything he's got to defeat an as-of-yet unseen Midnight Crew member, who's leading the current assault.

You know, when he was first introduced, I hated Dave. Absolutely detested him. Now? Best character in the whole damn comic.
Not because he was actually cool, but because at least he tried, even if too hard. Between him and Rose, they're pretty much the Naota of Homestuck. And that's awesome on its own.
But Dave, man, where the hell did that come from? It must've been the shades, I think. Their infusion of awesome propelled him, if only momentarily, to new and unthinkable heights of awesomeness.
So Dave, I take it back. John's right. You can be cool fucking awesome. You just need to get outta' that shadow.
