Most Crowners should have a separate field to use for a description of the crowner, one that is distinct from the actual crowner options. This would eliminate the need of certain crowner types to have a dummy option with the tag of "VOTE UP TO KEEP THIS ONE ON TOP".
Or, alternatively, give mods the ability to hook one of the crowner's options as its description, forcing it to be displayed on top regardless of score.
