Could have been one of those things the designers just overlooked. Alternatively, overconfidence due to perceived redundancy.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? The Scouters also have a pretty wide range (as in Planet wide).
So Believing ship scouters are redundant is something I buy.
Of course, thereβs a reason you have those redundancies in the first place.
I know that feeling. He plans things out more than Iβve given him credit for.

One Strip! One Strip!Imagine the explosions from the ship's scouter blowing up your controls.
Oh hey, Cui came back from the dead. Twice. And that other guy is the doctor who tended to Vegeta's wounds after his fight on Earth. And... some guy with blue facial hair, because why not?
Edit: Wait, is this clip the reason TFS made that joke about Cui being from a race that reproduces asexually?

Rip Cui's cuisin
Secret SignatureWhen I finished watching that video, I was recommended this one:
This covers the guy who learned about Vegeta's massacre of the Namekian village, (in the anime) and subsequent death. I know Freiza kills way more minions in the anime, usually for not reason, but this one, I get.
Honestly the way Frieza treats his men in filler doesnβt really bother me mostly because as a Capitalist, heβd especially just be practicing in real life what Billionaires could do if they had actual physical power to make people do what they want.
Because better pay for better competence is beyond their comprehension, and all minions are disposable moneybags who should be grateful to work 48 hrs a day, 14 days a week.
Heck if Filler didnβt have more scouters that would even reinforce how cheap Frieza is. Because why do something practical and instead only bring a few scouters and not even having extras or building them into spaceships!? Thatβs too much money wasted! Obviously!

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Wait, Appule was at the fight with the Namekians? Is that a manga only thing? Because I thought the only survivors of that on Freeza's side were himself, Zarbon and Dodoria.
Yup. Here's the manga version of the scene where Zarbon sends Appule to look for more villages. It takes place at the same Namekian village where everyone fought at, right after Vegeta killed Dodoria and massacred the village with the last Dragon Ball.
After this, Zarbon finds Vegeta and Appule finds Vegeta's village, then they return to Freeza to report. Freeza then tells Zarbon to retrieve Vegeta and Appule to call the Ginyus. Zarbon brings Vegeta back to the healing pod, then once healed, Vegeta breaks out while killing Appule.
All of which explains why Appule got his own dedicated character in Tenkaichi 3 distinct from the generic "Frieza Soldier" even though he doesn't really stand out among the endlessly respawning waves of Frieza troops in the anime.
He's not a super big deal or anything but he is an actual character who exists and does things. He's probably just under Cui in terms of relevancy.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Whoops, I made a mistake...
"Freeza Soldier" was the guy Krillin killed...and he wasn't the alternate skin of Appule, his alternate skin was one of the random grunts that was created for the anime.
Appule's alternate was one of the guys that died in the village.

Also, reading those chapters for the first time...there are like 2 other Appule looking dudes, which is probably why the anime added a recolor of him.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Commentary for Kai 3 and 3.5.
We hit the endpoint with the commentaries barring Plan to Eradicate Christmas (out Saturday) and Cell vs. series (might be on Christmas depending on how the audio is salvaged?). Either way, man. A year and a few months worth of these. One hell of background noise.

Sad to hear about Taka. Haruka must have done a number on his corpse.

Yes, corn is a fruit. An "ear" of corn is the seed pod, with the part we eat being the seeds or "kernels" themselves.
The part of the plant that nurtures the seeds is the fruit. Corn is a fruit. Tomatoes are a fruit. Pumpkins are a fruit. A lot of things you might not think of as fruit are, botanically, the fruit of the plant.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Huh. I thought Pumpkin being a fruit was obvious. Though Corn being a fruit is certainly a surprise to me.

"Knowledge is knowing tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad."
Something being botanically a fruit doesn't make it culinarily used a fruit.
... and now I've used the word fruit so much it look really weird. Man, maybe Froot Loops has it right.
