Okay, done! I always liked the first picture; I'm not really familiar with the Phoenix Wright games, but the character easily looks evil enough to get the amoral part of the trope down, and sophisticated enough to imply the attorney part. The only thing missing was a legalistic context to cement the latter.
So after doing some image searching and editing, I came up with this...
He's aristocratic, evil, and standing out in the open in the Phoenix Wright courtroom with the scales of justice symbol visible over his shoulder, in a way that shows that he can't be the judge or a witness.
