In this game, we’ll create our very own cartoon character!

We’ll track its history starting in either the silent or Golden Age of animation, and see where our character ends up!

All our characters will come from one studio, and heck, we might even dabble into feature films!

After we reach present day, we’ll make another!

Name: Jackson Grey

Species: Human

Appearance: A human boy in his mid-adolescence with jet-black hair, green eyes, and freckles on his face. He wears glasses, a black t-shirt, black sweatpants, and sneakers.

Personality: A kind-hearted and creative boy with a dream of being a writer. He always likes to help people to the best of his ability.

Powers: He's a normal human otherwise, but he has access to a magic notebook that allows him to enter an imaginary world. His drawings can come to life and what he writes becomes reality.

First cartoon: “Journey of the Writer” (1948)

Plot: Jackson Grey is a normal teenager with a creative mind who wants to be a writer. He has a normal with good friends and a loving family, but he wishes there can be more. One day, he finds a mysterious notebook hidden in a treasure chest. Showing interest, Jackson writes down his ideal world in the notebook. On the weekend, Jackson sees a portal open up in his room and sucks him in. Waking up, Jackson realizes to his shock that the world he wrote in his notebook has become real and he has been summoned into it by the main character he wrote and drew. That character is the only person who is aware of Jackson and his notebook, and he explains that his notebook's power is fading and will lead to the erasure of his world when it loses power, which is why he needs Jackson's help to restore the notebook's power before it fades. Jackson agrees to help after his character shows him the way back and he can visit again by using the portal entry written in his notebook. Each episode has Jackson face a normal problem in his life that is reflected in the story he wrote, and when he visits the other world, he must also resolve the problem in that world as well. While he can use the notebook to alter reality in the other world, he must do so sparingly because it uses up a lot of power and speeds up the process of it becoming a normal notebook.

Actually, I was thinking we start in either the 1920s, 30s, or 40s, but I like where your head is at!

Edit it.

That’ll do!

Will this be a feature film?

I was thinking more along the lines of a series of episodes.
