I don't think that panel arrangement is going to be able to be turned into a vertical image. I can read it on my laptop so it should be even more legible on a desktop, so ![[tup]](https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/thumbs_up_emote.png "[thumb up]"){kind=small}
EDIT: Actually, how's this? The editing around the edges for the transparency is pretty bad in places but at least it shows that it can be done.
