Technically, either works. Standalone works tend to use date, though it's not a hard and fast rule, and some types of work tend to use other disambigs instead (e.g. fandom or creator for fanfics). Book series can use the series name instead, e.g. Night Watch Discworld.
Looking up the dates and titles, there's some potential overlap with the 2017 film Never Say Day and the 2019 film Secret Weapon. So if you wanted to make the pages more future-proof, you could use series title instead.

I am working on splitting the Alex Rider page into pages for the novels, but some of the titles overlap with tropes.
Would Literature.Crocodile Tears 2009 or Literature.Crocodile Tears Alex Rider be appropriate?
