There are cases where spoilers in headers hide additional titles or nicknames instead of the true name.
In Genshin Impact, many characters have more than one title like with Nahida:
Nahida / Lesser Lord Kusanali / Blessed One of Wisdom, Mahakusaladhamma / Buer, the God of Wisdom
But in Characters.Genshin Impact Traveler And Paimon we have:
The Traveler / The Outlander / The Fourth Descender
That title of Fourth Descender is a reveal of the Sumeru Archon Quest. And it seems it will be relevant from then on.

If it's a spoiler, it could just not be in the folder title. Or made into a separate folder pointing back at the og character folder.

It doesn't have to be in the header. And if it has to be under spoiler markup, it cannot be in the header. We're documenting tropes, not every name or title a character has.
I've noticed some character profiles with spoiler tags in the headers, for example when a character's true name is a spoiler. Example:
Alice von Tropington
I'm guessing this falls under "no spoilers in the description/above content", but I just wanted to make sure.
