Suggestion: Western Animation.The Ugly Duckling 1939

Current image only shown the main character, so I think it's better to put a poster of this film instead. I got two of them this time, take a look.

1.1 if a bigger version of it can be found, 1.2 looks very modern for a 1939 work.

I agree. 1.2 looks like it's a poster for a 1990s animated film, and also is a bit spoilery (shows the duckling being adopted by the swan); but 1.1 works.

I'm definitely for 1.1 as well; 1.2 has that 90s rendered look that I'm really not a fan of and feels anachronistic for a cartoon from the 30s.

That said, it's very small, so here's an upgrade:
