I Dunno. The page seems to indicate it has an actual plot. And premise wise this isn't any worse than empowered. Which the page mentions
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I think it bears mentioning that DA's threshold for "Mature" is rather low: they're pretty strict about banning porn outright. And this wouldn't be the only BDSM-heavy series with a wiki page (Sunstone, Nana & Kaoru).

Yeah DA does not allow excessive stuff.
So for this to have a page it must not be that bad
There's also Chained Soldier

"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Granted I feel this is different in a way from Comicbook/Empowered, as while that does have BDSM content play a notable role it wasn't made solely for fetishistic reasons (in fact it was made as a response by the artist getting tired of getting BDSM commissions). Also, Empowered has scenes without BDSM content and even the scenes where she is tied up the writing is light hearted and isn't given in a detailed way that implies fetishism, while Enhancegirl will have her (or another character) tied up Once per Episode (sometimes more than once even), to the point even every breakdown of chapters (like 4-1, 4-2, etc) will have a scene. These scenes are also written in a detailed way which implies it was written with a fetishistic point of view. For example, here is the opening of 13-2:
""MMMPHHHH!!" Chryseis cried, as her voluptuous body was entwined by a powerful, metal tendril. "Mmm-RRMMMPHH!" Her bow clattered to the ground, the buxom maiden helpless against her mechanical opponent. It coiled round and round her scantily clad body, squeezing her shapely, womanly legs, the prehensile, inch-thick tentacle pressing her arms to her sides, winding around and between her fulsome breasts, and covering her rosy lips."
Bumping since I'd like to hear more feedback
I still vote cut, its like a Vore or Inflation story, a weird Deviantart fetish story that is a big no-no.
Borderline keep.

MB Pending | MB Drafts | MB DatesIt's, uh, not like CM stuff; you could just not post your vote.
I'll say "keep", it's very borderline and I won't fight for it but it seems fine enough?
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessFrom the example provided that just reads like a standard fanfiction imo. I've definitely seen worse wish fulfillment fanfiction prose on here.
After reading through a little bit more, I do have to say that this does have a plot and characters, but at the same time I feel like I feel that these elements are more so ways to set up for the fetishes (ie a lot of the villains have some sort of grabbing/wraparound attack which of course you can guess what that leads to). I felt this was more apparent when reading some of the non Enhancegirl works by the author, in which these story elements and characters are not present, and yet the same situations occur written in a similar manor. For example, in Enhancegirl there is a spider themed villain to cocoon the girls. However, the author has also written "Zelda Vignette 1: Skyward Sword" which is a Zelda fanfic with very little in the way of story in which she gets cocooned by a spider solely as fetish material, and yet the cocooning part is written in the exact same way as it is in Enhancegirl. Enhancegirl also plot justifies other fetishes like chloroforming (by saying it's the characters weakness) yet again it appears in the author's other work with no justification.
I do feel like its entry on Broken Base kinda says that no one reads it solely for the story, as it says:
- "There is a split on the readers that only enjoy the bondage parts of the story while there are those that enjoy both the bondage and the characters"
Which I feel implies that no one is really reading this solely for the story as there are no fans that "don't like bondage but read this for the story and characters", especially since as I mentioned the writing style is identical for the "fetishes scenes with a story" and the "fetish works without a story".

yeah, the snippet provided here definitely reads like fetish work. i'm leaning cut.
Stan GaruKaru for clear skinChanging vote to leaning towards cut.
MB Pending | MB Drafts | MB DatesFair points. Snip it then.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessAnother borderline case, but leaning towards cut.
Come play Character Uplift Game!It seems like there's at least some plot, characterization, and worldbuilding. I'm unclear on how harsh I should be on the fetish part. Third post in this thread is "Bound and Gagged fetishes are a big no-no here.", what is the precedence for that? I thought bondage a fairly uncontroversial fetish in the modern day.
The rule is that, unless the fetish is children (which is held to a much stricter standard), a work that doesn't show intercourse but shows wall-to-wall fetish material is treated the same as a work that's showing wall-to-wall sex.
So if this is wall-to-wall bondage with no plot, then it's porn without plot. Make sense?
Yeah, as I said there is a plot, but the writing style is identical to the author's works without a plot, which made me say the plot isn't really relevant too much. I also felt the plot ratio was bad since the bondage scenes happen once an chapter and sometimes even happen multiple times in a single one.

Borderline, but I think keep. There seems to be substantial narrative arcs and plot here, and superhero stuff with an unusually contrived amount of bondage is hardly without precedent, such as the likes of the original Marston run of Wonder Woman.
I'm leaning keep. I think the Excuse Plot is just plotty enough to drag it out
Absolute destiny... apeachalypse? The Marston comparison also makes me lean keep. Their at least seems to be an actual plot and characters.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."
I feel that this work exists solely because of the creator's bondage fetish. Pretty much every chapter revolves around the girls getting Bound and Gagged (meaning if you were to remove this there wouldn't be much left), and it is written in fetishistic detail. Pretty much chapter is marked as "mature" on deviantart. The artwork for the series is also done by fetish artists (including the one on the page) and the creator's favorites are also solely fetish content (including pornographic ones).
