Though UN is currently meant to be split with two other namespaces. This may fall under something else. See this thread

I am currently working on the page, trying to get it filled up before it is pushed into (presumably) Media Notes. At what point would the page need to be split? Should it be split?

Hello! Not sure where I can ask this, but I don't know where else I should ask this.
There is a The Game Awards page, but for some reason it is placed in Sandbox rather than Useful Notes or soemthing similar. Is it for a lack of notability? Is it simply because it is incomplete? If it is completed, can it be moved just like that, without mod involvement?
I am sorry if this is a very noob question, I am not super familiar with this kind of massive editing. Thank you! :)
