Juggalo has two pages: Main.Juggalo and UsefulNotes.Juggalo. As a trope, it amounts to "Juggalos exist." Indices and its Laconic say as much. My wick check of the trope (accessible here), containing 55 examples in 50 wicks, provided the following:

Irl Juggalos/Juggalo as OOU descriptor: 34/55; 61.8%

CommonKnowledge.Music: "Juggalo" is not just a Fan Community Nickname for fans of Insane Clown Posse. The term more accurately applies to fans of the record label Psychopathic Records, which was founded by Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. ICP is the most well-known group on the label's roster by a pretty wide margin, but it also includes quite a few lesser-known rap acts who share ICP's love of face paint, theatrical alter egos, horror-themed subject matter, and grotesque humor (not to mention a few of ICP's frequent collaborators like Wolfpac, TechN9ne, and the Kottonmouth Kings, who are considered "honorary" family members). Having "The Great Milenko" and "The Amazing Jeckel Brothers" in one's record collection doesn't necessarily make someone a Juggalo by default, but owning albums by Twiztid, Anybody Killa, Boondox and Blaze Ya Dead Homie definitely does. Creator.Black Pawn Movement: In 2010, the BPM expanded their riffing range from only the Twilight FanDumb to all FanDumbs, in response to the Twilight craze dying down over time. Film.Death Racers: The movie's director is a Juggalo, and was responsible for a bunch of ICP Allusions, including the reference to Shangri-La, and screaming "FUCK THE WORLD" at the end of the movie. Also, the reason why ICP allowed a bunch of their songs to be used on the movie's soundtrack. irl juggalos exist

Main.No Hit Wonder: Insane Clown Posse have one of the most dedicated fanbases in music, and have been well-known for over 20 years. And yet, though many of their albums have reached the top 20, they've never had a hit song - their highest-charting was "Santa's a Fat Bitch", which peaked at #67 in 1998, though "Hokus Pokus" did reach #53 in the UK. irl juggalos exist
Main.True Companions: Juggalos. Sure, there are plenty of fan communities in the world that might consider fellow members to be family, but the Juggalo community is one of the few groups that has taken that attitude and made it the cornerstone of the lifestyle. In your typical Juggalo gathering, the only real rules are "Everyone is welcome" and "All Juggalos are to be treated like family". And even though most members of the community are known for being a bit on the hedonistic side, not even abstaining from drugs and alcohol is enough to get one shunned. As most practicing Juggalos will happily tell you, excluding someone else for their lifestyle choices is about the most un-Juggalo thing that one can do. irl juggalos exist
Main.WTH Costuming Department: DC Extended Universe: While a lot of the characters in Suicide Squad were heavily redesigned from their comic incarnations, the most controversial new take was easily The Joker. As part of an effort to modernize the character and distinguish him from past live-action portrayals (such as in Batman and The Dark Knight), director David Ayer chose to depict the Joker with a hip-hop-inspired gangster aesthetic, complete with gold teeth and a bunch of tattoos. Needlessly to say, this decision that did not go over well, and quickly became the subject of mockery from fans, audiences, and critics, with Honest Trailers infamously (and accurately) describing him as a "manorexic Juggalo". Even Ayer himself eventually admitted that the infamous "Damaged" tattoo on the character's forehead was a mistake, calling it "One step too far." OOU descriptor

Music.Axe Murder Boyz: AMB are considered to be the most successful and talented of the "Juggalo rappers" (ICP fans who started rap careers, and especially out of groups or duos who took their names from ICP lyrics; as a comparison, another "Juggalo rapper" duo, Dead Dirty Carnies, was significantly less successful, as AMB's success extended outside of the Juggalo community, while DDC are unknown outside of Juggalos, due to DDC's limited appeal to non-Juggalos, and AMB's West Coast hip hop-inspired sound crossing over to the general hip-hop community). irl juggalos exist
