If you just want to cut a page, you can submit it to the Cut List here. You don't need to post in this thread for that.
As mentioned on the Cut List page itself, cutting is generally seen as a last resort. If it's a Work page for a valid work, we may ask if there have been other attempts to save it. If it's a subpage, we may want to confirm that examples are being moved, not lost entirely.
Cut requests that don't have a reason will be declined.
Posts here may cover the following topics:
- Mod or engineer posts confirming that a cut has been declined.
- Challenges to save something that's already on the Cut List but hasn't been cut yet.
- Queries about recovering or restoring a page that's already been cut.
- Queries about next steps for pages where a cut request was declined (e.g. due to very high inbounds).
- General Cut List policy questions.

YMMV.The Bluffers was cut with the reason "Sonic Satam fan myopia". Can mods check what it may refer to? At least the 2012 copy of the page had nothing of the sort.

I'm declining the cut request for Laconic.Red Hood as it's not an orphaned page. The main work page is not a redirect, but the page as a whole needs serious help before we can let it stand, as it's now a dolled-up disambiguation page as it stands.
See if the work page can be salvaged first.

I know it's been like two weeks since I asked about the Fanworks pages that were declined (I've been busy and sort of forget about this), but since I never really got a response about why, can I assume it was an error/mistake and relist them?
I'm trying to add Disney Villain Songs Lydia The Bard to the cutlist, but I don't see it on the cutlist no matter how many times I enter it.

The request to cut Film.Cuties is declined.
If there are content policy concerns about an article, that gets handled by a Content Violations Discussion thread, and it doesn't get independently submitted to the cutlist.
Cuties was discussed at length in 2022 and there was a decision to keep. Unless something's changed, we're not reopening that discussion.

The cut request for Heartwarming.The Whale will be declined. Moments pages do not have a strict minimum; there could be one example in there as long as there's enough context and it's not a meta-example.
