How I should Canon Welding Third Age of Tolkien's Legendarium with World of Conan The Barbarian

since Next Year The Hobbits & The Lord of The Rings will be public domain in Thailand and I have planned in my mind to merged Third Age of Tolkien's Legendarium with World of Hyborian Age of Conan The Barbarian and cut any & all material from Tolkien's Legendarium that isn't public domain in next years

We're the books take place are actually just part of the world of middle-earth, a vital part but just a part. Many times were the unknow lands east of the sea of Rhun mentioned. little is know save that the blue wizards opposed the influence of the dark lord there.

You could simply flip the west facing hyborea east, making it the east coast of the world of Adar (the world) and the conflicts there.

also how we could tie origin of King Kull's from Conan The Barbarian with Aragorn & Numenorean base on Appendix of The Lord of The Rings since I want Conan The Barbarian being cousin of Aragorn

I guess that really depends on how much of the lore you want to change. Do you want to insert Conan world into Middle-earth or Middle-earth into Conan world? It is said that Numenor traveled across the world save for the West. Maybe Kull was King of one of the colonies or maybe Kunll was a temporary King.

Can't give too much advice on Aragon and Conan since such a thing would be your decision, yet you could make them cousins, removed.
