i wouldn't say so. they're only redundant in the sense that they're both interrupts, but rapid fire interrupting is an intentional decision made on the part of a creator and happens multiple times.
this trope is written explicitly as a one time occurrence that happens due to either poor timing, poor voice acting, poor editing, or b/c of skipping text in video games.

Created in 2007, barely above starving with 26 wicks but I'm not even sure the idea is tropeworthy since it's about an unintentional pause in dialogue often caused by poor voice acting, i.e. not a thing the creator added to convey a specific meaning. Thoughts?
