I liked the interview about their process trying to figure out how to make a sequel work over the course of all these decades.
My favorite is the part where they walk about how, in the 80's, they floated around a lot of typical 80's sequel ideas like "Beetlejuice goes to Hawaii," "Beetlejuice goes to the Wild West," etc, before realizing that sort of thing did a disservice to the original idea.
