What's the work?

The Simpsons is a serial where pretty much anyone can be either the antagonist or the protagonist depending on the episode. Many of the characters have criminal backgrounds.

Who's the character?

Maggie Simpson is the youngest member of the eponymous family.

Is she intelligent? Does she think on her feet?

One episode involved her possibly being able to read, even though she's only a year old. It turned out that she couldn't, and she was just picking up on cues from her sister, but she was shown to be able to play the saxophone, so that's a sign of intelligence, isn't it?

Is she charming? Dignified?

Well, she's a baby, and babies have natural charm. As for dignity, she's less clumsy than her dad, I'll give her that.

Is she a bitch? Too much?

Well, she did shoot someone, but that "someone" was Mr. Burns

What is the work?

Arthur is a cartoon about an aardvark who goes to school with his friends. But this work is "You've Got to be Kidding Me," a horror series spun off of the game for kids and grownups.

Who is the character? What have they done?

Binky is an Eldritch Abomination and the antagonist of the YGTBKM series. In every installment, he causes chaos for the residents of Elwood. It starts with him sleeping with Mrs. Read and replacing Arthur's dad, which is more creepy than evil. But then he steals Buster's identity, merging Arthur and Buster into one being in the process. From there, he commits atrocious acts and mutilates his peers, such as removing DW's eyes or mutilating Luke just for criticizing how he opens his mouth when he chews and talks loud in the library.

Irredeemable? Binky displays no remorse or shame, coolly threatening and maiming these children without so much as a shout. There is an argument that he may be Made of Evil but it's ambiguous. He may be a monster who has replaced the actual Binky from the show, who has much better manners and doesn't kill people onscreen. The one likable thing he did was request a "funky" treehouse but even that seems to be part of a goal to have more power and control over Elwood.

Verdict He'll take your place, troper.

I think Lightfoot may still have a shot, since Cameron sinking the Titanic, vile as that may be, is Offstage Villainy. Nevertheless, Cameron outheinouses him, so who knows?

To recycle my old comment from that article: he's the world's first ever (and possibly only ever) CM/VB crossover.

Keep Character Specifically Made To Be a Complete Monster. Obviously, other wikis have the final say in what characters our site considers Complete Monsters or not.

A little off-topic, but does anyone think think our own Crägnuum Mundomarauder◊ would have a good shot at qualifying on the Villainous Benchmark Wiki, or even the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki? His crimes being depicted in image form might give them more a little more weight than CSMTBaCM's.

I also tried to create a joke CM effortpost for an individual Pyukumuku from a hypothetical Pokémon fanfic based on a two-time in-joke of mine on the actual CM proposal threads, but I'm no writer and couldn't come up with anything I liked that much. Anyone else wish to try their hand at my idea?

Who is the candidate and what has he done?

Unibanco UTTP THDTC, also known simply as Unibanco, is a 35-year-old (later revealed to actually be 14) Brazilian UTTP user who likes to make sex, grounded and other hate videos out of innocent users, particularly minors. He is addicted to porn, he also likes hentai and zoophiles as well, and uploads uncensored porn of all kinds onto his YouTube channel, making the Go!Animate community spontaneously simultaneously shit and cum at the sight of Unibanco's small as hell dick. The last time we see Unibanco, he settles a deal with Koopa Network, where he pays $500 to create a porn variant of Koopa Network. The new Network is called Koopa Network X, and Matthew (the CEO of Koopa Network) has no control as Unibanco is the main host of the new network. While his channel is ultimately terminated, he gets away with everything else, directly bringing about The End of the World as We Know It by creating Koopa Network X. Tellingly, even the Gacha community is disgusted by him.

Mitigating factors?

While he may be a sadist and a wicked interpretation of the devil, he actually has a dark past behind him. According to a Discord chat with Unibanco and Matthew when they were kids, his mother abused him constantly in one way or another. He would often get beaten up or raped for a stupid reason such as flunking a science test. This would make him a Tragic Villain, if not for the fact that he turned to porn as a way to cope. To quote Matthew, "what the actual shit"

Heinous standard?

Unibanco being a Serial Rapist who uploads his crimes onto the dark web makes him far more evil than his aforementioned mother, who kills herself out of shame upon finding out how much of a scumbag he grew up to become. Plus, most members of the UTTP are The Gadfly at best, with the worst they got so far being bewitching their offensive comments so that they fill the minds of anyone who reads them with images of Unibanco's crimes. So yeah, Unibanco is on the very top of the heinous standard, at least by his arc's standards.

Final verdict?

Definite to Fame Through Infamy incarnate.
