OK so i have some basics laid out like that magic is inherently psychic and that all objects have a memory and magic can be used to temporally recall memories and reset an object's inertia and that magic can be used to put matter into a state that would require it to be broken and then fixed in the same way. I have decided powerful enough magic users can temporally change an objects molecular structure but it takes a lot of work and will always fix itself. I have decided that illusions and telekinesis exist as well as Perception Filters, Healing Hands and Geasa and that since fire is a chemical reaction fire magic can be used.
