Zig Zagged: The mistreated Bob is on the constant verge of a Freak Out and at times lashes out on those around him, but he never quite becomes a full-blown villain, despite how close he seems to be to the threshold.

Averted: J's training simulator with holograms works perfectly fine.

Exaggerated: every other shot Charlie appears in, they have something that will make them look to have some sort of wings, including statues of angels, birds, winged insects and bats

The Victim Must Be Confused

Straight: Johnathon sneaks into the Demon King’s castle in order to rescue his childhood friend Macy, only to be shocked when she defends the Demon King and tells him that he has never been holding her prisoner. Johnathon believes Macy is brainwashed and refuses to listen to her as he attempts to murder the Demon King.

Justified: Mr. CB doesn't flinch from any attack meant for her because she's a machine covered in human flesh.

Exaggerated: A film is titled "99 Minutes 32 Seconds 417 Milliseconds" after its run time.

Exaggerated: Don keeps almost every object he has interacted with for over an hour as something near and dear to his heart, crying whenever they get damaged

Lesbian Vampire

Subverted- The vampire is actually revealed to be bisexual.

Magical Species Transformation

Straight: Alice, a human girl, ends up turning into a fairy after coming across a magical spell.

Exaggerated: All the characters are fused into one.

Downplayed: they're implied to be into each other but Bob and Dan's dance seems to be strictly platonic

Van Helsing Hate Crimes

Defied: Any vampire hunter conspiring to hunt vampires, be they good or bad, will be captured without question.

Enforced- The Word of God personally stated that they gave a character a cigar to look badass.

Averted: Steve the Shark instead flops whenever he's on land.

Deconstructed: Due to his hatred for LGBTQ+ people, Louie is branded as a wanted criminal worldwide.

Downplayed: Only one skyscraper displays words to make a short message.

Parodied': A Cosplay decided to make a costume based on their idea of a mirror counterpart to a hero they previously cosplayed as.

Subverted- The character who seemingly pulled a Face–Heel Turn was actually Good All Along.

Downplayed- Citizens help every once in a while, but only because whatever is going on is really starting to bore them.

Sadistic Game Show

Defied: Alice catches Bob signing up as a participant for Ticklish Upon A Star and stops him in his tracks, pointing out that while the contestants might seem like they're laughing and having the time of their life, being tickled against your will for extended periods of time is actually torturous and any sign of distress from those being filmed is most likely cut out. This convinces Bob to not go on the show.

Deconstructed: After giving a 1-star review on his favorite restaurant, the Cluckin' Bell, Jake is banned from ordering food from the same restaurant and its entire chain for the rest of his life. Any further attempts to order food from there will result in the restaurant staff reporting him to authorities.
