Sufficiently Advanced Magic - Magical Girl RPG game

You (and a group of others) have been selected to be beta-testers for what you are told as a new Augmented-Reality game where players get to be magical girls. While wearing the MARI-SUE^TM (Patent Pending), you can features of the game world projected into the real world.

The story of the game: There is an alternate world with several different races of magical beings. The resource hungry Antonym Kingdom has found a way to reach into our world, with the goal of steeling materials. As a side effect, 'cracks' are forming, allowing monsters to come into our world. The Allied Empire is responding by recruiting people in our world to fight the monsters and try to seal the 'cracks'.

Helping the Allied Empire earns you 'gold' while helping the Antonym Kingdom earns you 'silver' (yes, you can be a dark/evil magic girl). You can earn both gold AND silver.

The MARI-SUE^TM consists of a visor or pair of glasses with built in headphones and an outfit that can change appearance. When playing, you can change from 'normal' mode to 'magical warrior' mode.

As you play, you realize that use the game is real. Monsters really are leaking into our reality from an alternate magical universe, you are one of the few who are equipped to fight them, et cetera.

I plan to use the Maid the RPG system, with gold and silver being tracked as two different resources that can be used as 'favor' but not combined. For example: 10 gold -or- 10 silver can be used to raise a 0 stat to a 1 stat but not a combination of 5 gold and 5 silver.

To create your character: Use a Maid the RPG Character Generator to create a character. Choose to roll three attributes and a Weaopon, then keep two attributes and a weapon or all three attributes.
