Appearance: (Either post an image or describe it here): (See picrew). Tall and slender, long wavy black hair that tends to fall in her face. Fair skin, gray eyes. Despite the outfit in the Picrew she usually wears a brightly-colored or striped shirt and gray jeans.

Size: Tall and slender, about 5'10 and don't ask a lady her weight!

Age: iirc she was around 29?
Personality: Usually friendly but won't hesitate to tell you off if you deserve it. Prone to walking around singing and humming to herself. She has a pretty strong sense of justice and doesn't want to accuse people of things wrongly (this... happened once before). If she befriends you she's a friend for life unless you betray her.
Occupation: (Off) Broadway actress

Alignment (Aka Chaotic Good, Lawful Evil, etc.): Lawful Neutral probably? Definitely Lawful, at least.
Abilities: Singing, dancing, and acting, naturally. She's also a good swimmer and knows some first aid.
Areas of Strength: As mentioned above, once you're her friend she'll be your friend for life, and she has a strong sense of justice. She's also got good endurance (and strong lungs from swimming/singing).
Areas of Weakness: She... might come off as a bit annoying given the tendency to go around humming and singing. She also won't come to a decision easily unless she's got definite evidence so she comes off as a bit wishy-washy. She's not terribly physically strong.
Backstory: She's been performing in musicals since she was a kid and played one of the other orphans in Annie. Her favorite musical is Chicago (especially "The Cell Block Tango".
She has also been in a couple of killing games, and survived them. The first she helped catch the killers, albeit with a couple of missteps she still feels guilty about such as leading a bandwagon against someone who turned out to be innocent. The second, she made a very good friend and ended up escaping.
What Do They Currently Have on Them?: Phone, music player with earbuds and a bunch of Broadway soundtracks on it, couple changes of clothes including a swimsuit, a photo of her with a Sylveon.
Why Did They Come to the Festival?: Well, it's a music festival and she loves music. Showtunes aren't the only thing she can sing. you know. She'll probably be performing... something or other, if she gets the chance!
Other: She has a tendency to confuse a certain similarly-named personal assistant.

Abilities: The Duke's muscles are not just for show for they are able to handle at least 600 lbs, like any other FPS hero he is good with many types of guns.

Backstory: Before the time of becoming a cool action hero, Duke served in the US Army under General Graves and was stationed in Beirut, where he did his job well, so well in fact that he left the Army to work for the CIA.
In his time at the CIA he was called in to stop the evil Dr. Proton from taking over the world where yes Duke did successfully defeat Dr. Proton and his army of Techbots, thus saving all of humanity from enslavement. As a result, Duke became celebrated worldwide as the hero of Earth. It is also around this time that Duke was recruited by the secretive Earth Defense Forces.
Later in his time in the Earth Defense Forces, he gets kidnaped by aliens for his brain to power a war machine, saved the world from another race of aliens that kidnaped all of the females, and time-traveled to save the world again from even more aliens.
What Do They Currently Have on Them?: Two of his trusty golden pistols, a jacket of his, and a random pen for signing autograph.
Why Did They Come to the Festival?: A good old fashion publicity stunt where the Duke himself will do some marksmanship skills with only his handguns as like a half-time show helping the Duke get even more fans and helping the Killing Moon event get even more people.

Name: Flowey/Asriel Dreemurr
Species: Sapient flower/Boss Monster
Size: Smol, still smol in his true form

Personality: Flowey may seem friendly at first, but this masquerade falls off really quickly. Believing that everyone "kill or be killed", Flowey is a complete sadist who enjoys screwing with people, and that's if he doesn't feel like outright killing them. As Asriel Dreemurr, he's infinitely more nicer and wiser, if a bit of a crybaby. There's signs that Flowey might be getting better after the True Pacifist Ending, though.
Occupation: Unemployed
Sexuality: "I'm not telling, you CREEPS!" (AKA Flowey is not going to get involved in anything romantic for reasons that should hopefully be obvious.)

Abilities: Flowey can summon a seemingly endless amount of "friendliness pellets" (AKA magical bullets). He can also use his vines as appendages in a variety of tasks.
Areas of Strength: Flowey makes up for his lack of raw strength with his "friendliness pellets" and intelligence. He displays a high level of cunning and knows how to manipulate others to get what he wants.
Areas of Weakness: Flowey is literally unable to feel love or compassion, meaning that forming a true friendship with this guy is next-to-impossible (unless your name is Frisk). He's also physically frail and can be dealt with in a few blows if caught off-guard, and is a bit impulsive.
Backstory: During her ill-fated experiments with Determination, Dr. Alphys wondered what would happen if a being without a SOUL gained the will to live. She chose the first golden flower from the surface as a candidate for this experiment, and injected it with Determination. Unbeknownst to her, the remains of the late Prince Asriel Dreemurr were concentrated on the flower, and by injecting it with Determination, the flower absorbed the dust and Asriel's mind. Asriel was reborn as Flowey.
Initially, he just wanted to be loved again, but soon discovered that without a SOUL, he was literally unable to feel compassion. Having decided that the world had no meaning without being able to feel love, Flowey decided to kill himself, but soon regretted it at the very last second. That's when he discovered his ability to SAVE and RESET the world as he pleased. Using his newfound power, he experimented with the world around him. Sometimes, he would save everyone. Sometimes, he would kill everyone. Eventually, he grew to view pacifism as boring and developed his central ideology of "kill or be killed". After countless loops, he found the world to be nothing more than a repetitive game. That is, until something unexpected happened. Another human child fell down. That's when YOU come along. Through that human child, YOU get to decide the fate of the murderflower.
For story purposes, this version of Flowey is lifted from after a True Pacifist Route.
What Do They Currently Have on Them?: Nothing but his vines and a single ribbon.
Why Did They Come to the Festival?: Frisk bought a ticket for him to satisfy his boredom, on the condition that he won't kill anyone.
You have either bought tickets to, are performing at, or were brought along to a music festival. "Killing Moon." You were promised wonderful food, quirky shops, amazing performances, and all this at the price of only $75.
You don't know right now, but things will not go as they were planned. You are about to be in for the time of your life...or possibly death.
Sign-ups will be open until 10 people sign-up. After that, the first sign-ups will close after 12 hours since the 10th sign-up. This will be our "starting lineup." The game will start after that. Note that people may sign-up after that, but the game will start once 10 sign-up.
After that, each character's statistics will be available to see in the opening post, which will have folders for stats. The starts are divided into 2 different categories, "Health" (For how healthy your character is), and "Concealment" (For how secure your character is from the bad guys). Also listed in the folder is important information that could become useful, such as what the characters have on them, any problems they have, or who in the group they like or dislike.
Please start out an action you'd like to roll for with ">" (For example, >Interrogate criminal or >Jump up the building. I will roll a die from 1 to 6 and get a number based on that. Depending on what the dice rolls, your luck on those actions will be based on the dice. 1 is horribly wrong, 2 is mediocre, 3 is ok, 4 is good, 5 is great, and 6 is horribly right.
If your character dies, you may replace them with another character, which you must sign up with like you did the previous character.
When the game starts, every character will be a part of the Survivors team, and will fight on the side of good. There are two ways for a character to be removed from the "Survivors" side. One, they may convert to the "Others" team, or the villians team. Two, if their health drops to zero, they will die of their injuries.
1. No god-modding allowed.
2. No puppeting allowed.
3. While jerkassery is all right IC, don't be a jerk to others OOC.
4. This is a PG-13 (but you can say fuck) RP! Please keep it SFW.
5. Please do not roleplay as any controversial figures. Hitler is not somebody that would be fun to RP with.
6. If anyone in this thread is acting weirdly or making you uncomfortable, please report it to me.
7. If you would like to sign up, sign up in the designated sign-up thread, and use the template given. Both OCs and Canon Characters are accepted here.
8. If your character dies or converts, you may sign-up as someone else to replace your previous character. Please keep it to only one Healthy Character per person, please.
9. Check the character stats folder to see how a character currently is doing. The channel displays a character's health, concealment, as well as other important info.
10. If you lose interest in the game, simply tell me that you would like to leave, and we will set up a way for your character to leave without disrupting the game.
