TLP can be used to draft work pages as well as trope pages.

To upload images you use the Media Uploader, which should be available when you open the page editer.
Images in Wiki Pages and Text-Formatting Rules should have most of the info you're looking for.

The farthest I've gotten is making the link to the page. Not sure how to go about adding an image or the quote beneath the image. The main body text part seems easy enough to understand for now, but I think I'm not understanding something about the rest of the page build process. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
