Ok. So basically it's about Dogged Nice Guy Noodle and Mellow Fellow Chris as they try to get Noodle to go out with Lilly (Chris's sister) and also to stay as far away as possible from Carter, who wants them dead because Noodle accidentally cut Carter's arm off in shop class.
