I think 4 people is enough to start this? Keep it open though for submissions.

I haven't been approved yet, so as of this moment there technically aren't four people. I don't see any reason why I wouldn't be approved, but if that was all that mattered no one would need to submit an approval to begin with.

Anyway, why don't we PM Kiobi or something, just to get them to look at the thread?

Ok yea there's 2 fighters and 2 wizards. That's a balanced team and it's a good thing the wizards are wildly different in terms of their magic systems. (When your char is approved)

An Eevee with silver-tinged hair on top of its head. (I feel like I need to evolve her into a Glaceon right away for obvious reasons.)

PERSONALITY

Caitlin can appear cold and standoffish at a glance, but she has a very warm and empathetic personality on the inside. She cannot stand people who enjoy hurting others and has a strong desire to make a positive difference. Despite everything she's been through, she is still somewhat naive and far too trusting.

ORIGIN STORY

Caitlin Snow was a researcher assigned to work in the arctic outpost for S.T.A.R Labs on a machine that broke the laws of thermodynamics to create perpetual motion. Nobody expected the machine to actually work, least of all her colleagues who were being paid off by H.I.V.E to stop the machine from being completed so they could secure their interests in the energy market. However, Caitlin got the machine to work. This led her colleagues to throw her inside of it and turn it on.

What they expected to happen was for Caitlin to die and them to explain it away as a lab accident. What actually happened was the machine made Caitlin essentially become a heat vampire. She gained the ability to generate ice and remove heat from other people's bodies. However, it also robbed her of her ability to generate heat, meaning she was slowly freezing to death and the only cure was to drain the heat from other people. This pushed her into becoming a murderer and a supervillain, but recently she has turned over a new leaf and joined the Justice League of America. Working alongside them, she saved the world from various villains and ultimately proved that her desire to make a positive difference was genuine.

ABILITIES

-Cryokinesis: She can generate ice spikes to spear her opponents, kill an ordinary human with her freezing kiss and/or create a ice storm powerful enough to freeze everything, killing multiple people.

-Heat Absorption: Frost is a so called "Heat Vampire", to stay alive, she must regularly absorb heat. The most efficient way to satiate this "hunger" is to absorb the body heat of others

-Genius Level Intellect -Science: She was S.T.A.R. Labs' youngest and brightest scientist. She can solve difficult equations in a single day's time, as well as repair and operate heavy, energy generating machinery

REASON WHY ARCEUS CHOSE THEM

Despite being a former villain, Caitlin has proven that her redemption rings true multiple times, most notably when saving her own world from villains like Eclipso and the Queen of Fables. When fighting Eclipso, she admitted that she didn't care if she lived or died as long as Eclipso was defeated.

THEIR POKEMON FORM: A froakie

PERSONALITY: The most obvious trait of Tsuyu’s would be her bluntness. While not malicious, Tsuyu doesn’t pull punches when she speaks, preferring to simply say whatever’s on her mind when it comes to her. This can get rather awkward for others, since Tsuyu is also very observant, and can notice many things that people would perhaps rather she didn’t mention.

It’s not intentional, though. Tsuyu’s dream is to become a hero because she genuinely cares about others, and wants to help. When not pointing out awkward truths, she’s a very good source of emotional support, given her calm and kind personality. Unless she’s at rock bottom, she very rarely loses her cool, and is therefore the most likely to be working out solutions to problems or just comforting others, even in dire situations.

Part of Tsuyu’s bluntness stems from her lack of friends growing up. Even in a world where everyone has strange powers and mutations, it wasn’t easy for her to be accepted. As such, she’s rather quick to try and forgive or befriend anyone who isn’t an obvious and immediate threat. In fact, she’s often one of the first to offer a hand of friendship to anyone who is strange, but nonthreatening, since she understands how it feels to be judged based on weirdness.

She also finds it difficult to confront friends, even when they try to do something she knows is wrong. While she was able to argue with a group of her classmates who were going to break the law to hunt down a kidnapped friend, she had to fight with herself to do so.

ORIGIN STORY: Tsuyu is the big sister of her family. Due to her parents constantly needing to travel for work, it was often up to her to look after her siblings. Between keeping the kids alive and schoolwork, she didn't have much time for friends. She did have time to dream, though, and always wanted to become a hero. In a world like hers, where everyone has special abilities called quirks, it wasn't at all strange that she set her sights on the prodigious UA High.

Thanks to Tsuyu's unique quirk that grants her many frog-like abilities, Tsuyu was accepted into UA's hero course and began to train alongside other future heroes. Her class was an unfortunate target for villain attacks, so despite only being a year into training, she has more experience fighting villains than one would expect for her age.

ABILITIES: Tsuyu's abilities upon being turned into a pokemon are actually rather unchanged. She was already capable of just about anything a frog is capable of, such as sticking to walls and having an exceptionally long tongue. Her tongue is actually about 20 meters long and strong enough to lift a person into the air. Along with already being an exceptional swimmer and able to jump extremely high.

POKEMON MOVES: Water pulse, bounce, lick, camouflage (Tsuyu is actually capable of camouflaging herself to match the environment, so I thought using the move but changing it a little to work like Tsuyu's real ability would work better. I can change it to her having the ability protean if that's not ok)

REASON WHY ARCEUS CHOSE THEM: Tsuyu has the heart of a hero and will work tirelessly to help those around her. She's been in plenty of dangerous situations, fighting off and evading dangerous villains enough times that she's more than used to defending herself if threatened, along with defending others. Along with her calm demeanor and willingness to work in a team, she's an ideal choice for any group of heroes.

^pretty good entry, you're accepted, do you want to talk to arceus and get introduced to the world like the once that are already in the pokemon world or do you want Froppy to appear with the others on the pokemon worlds and have them explain it to her?

Given that it looks like Arceus just finished talking to the others, might be a little awkward if they popped back in just to talk to Tsuyu.

I guess that makes sense, very well then, have Tsuyu drop with the other characters at any moment.
