So I finished reading Starslip the other day, thoroughly enjoyed it, but I was left with one lingering question: what happened with the multiversal Von Lucifuges? They were treated as a gigantic threat playing with entire universes, then just kind of... fell out of the storyline without any resolution that I can recall.
Did I miss something, or did that whole subplot just fade out like it feels it did?
