9/10 As a Persona 5 fan, I def know a few good ones (those aren't In-Universe though). Only thing is when the moral isn't really that commendable. I also like punk rock so there's that as well.

9/10. Love that trope. Especially when applied to "Pure Evil" types of villain. Just because someone didn't have a happy childhood doesn't mean that they are allowed to commit the vilest atrocities known to man.

"We live in a society" - Winston Churchill, probably9/10. While not necessary on every story, these characters make darken the plot almost always for the better, making for a more interesting story than usual, can't get enough of them.
