I just binged the whole thing. OMG. It just keeps getting crazier and more surreal with every twist and then in the middle it all makes perfect sense. Maybe.
I've read it. Been keeping up with it since Courage and Swiper got sent to the past by Patrick Star.
I'll admit that this one caught me off guard initially. It quickly went from shitposts to Scoob and Kermit doing an anime slide and turn to face off against Junji Ito Barney Rubble.
Now that we know the colored Ballyhoo abilities come from these eldritch entities observing the characters, I'm wondering what Scoob and Mick's patrons were like, and what their conditions were for giving that power. I also wonder if Flapjack is done for, or if we'll suffer an Antihoo transformation for him.

I'm confused as to why anyone would fight on Mickey's side. What are they fighting for?
Well the copyspam guy was fighting because Mickey told him that after his ascension he could potentially bring back the dead. There's a lot of offers that can be made when you think you'll get to that stage eventually - and he has enough power to imply being halfway there.
You mean Gerald from "Hey Arnold"? Yeah, ok, I guess I get that, but Mick has a whole army. Did he recruit them all one by one?
He was their leader back on their home planet before things took a turn for the worse. And his whole "become gods with both the power of ballyhoo and antihoo" plan is probably appealing to more than a few

Isn't it kind of odd and maybe a little funny that after being portrayed for a long time as a Big Good, Mickey in this comic is basically Xehanort?
I love how all of you describing what happens in comic sound like parody shit posts
Funny how superheros aren't included. Pretty sure Superman could give Mick a run for his money.
I dont think we've seen anything outside of cartoon characters since the gang found Mario's corpse.
Anyway, I'm almost glad Flapjack wasnt crushed to death under the FUCK. This fight is pretty fun. Ms Bellum's Antihoo(?) has only gotten worse to look at. And now the reserve fighters, or at least Yog, have arrived.
Regarding superheroes, Buttercup is a part of Popeye's gang but all she's done so far is hang out in the background and congratulate Shaggy.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?So, Mick has successfully taken over the Earth's governments and military in "News" and now in "Regrets"there's the implication that the Toones are above the law because they own the police.

"Punishment is not the answer. Punishment is easy. It's lazy. Redemption is hard. Redemption makes you work."-Skulduggery PleasantIn the most recent chapter, we've reached Jojo's Bizarre Adventure levels of trippy, weird powers in...whatever's going on on that train. The effect on the train easily matches some of the downright nastiest enemy Stands.
I have seen theories that it's either the Infinity Train or it's Thomas the Tank Engine that's causing the train to loop infinitely. And considering the men in the train talk about taking the women and children, perhaps they're part of some Toone cult?

I've become completely obsessed with the webcomic Scoob and Shag by "Misterie Krew" (currently at 115 pages). It starts as a gag-a-day parody of Scooby-Doo but rapidly transforms into a genre-bending massive multiplayer crossover, part Lovecraftian horror, part over-the-top parody of shounen anime. It is also hilarious.
Unfortunately, it's one of those things you can't really talk about without spoiling basically everything. The best way I can describe it is that it's like if Andrew Hussie created Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi.
Has anyone else read it? What do you think?
