Since experienced Batman and newbie Superman was already done, it would be nice change if they have newbie Batman or even pre bat Bruce Wayne later in series when Clark has already fully set in being Superman.
On another note with the upcoming second season, I'm really hoping Supes starts shaping up on the job now that he knows serious threats are around.
Cause with an upcoming Brainiac/Kryptonian invasion he really can't be reliant on getting second winds every time.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie.""The Batman" did that, more or less. They basically flipped their archetypical personalities: Bruce was the up and coming hero starting to realize the value in teamwork, and Superman was the set-in-his-ways hero used to working alone who was hesitant to bring others into his work.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Brave and the Bold had this nice take on them where Bruce and Clark were seasoned veterans who truly were friendly to each other and when Batman goes all out against 'Superdickery' Clark, even helped by Krypto, all he can do is stall Clark until the red kryptonite wears down, and he would have lost badly if the fight had continued for only one moment more.
Especially since that show usually made other heroes into Batman's fanboys/fangirls.

I thought Knight Time made Tim really good. Also apparently Bruce was using Lex Corp computers than it was infected with Brainiac stuff which he was unaware.
Not exactly.
Back during the Worlds Finest, Bruce came to Metropolis for a business deal with Lex but that was just a pretence to investigate the Joker's plans. During that time, I think Waynecorp and Lexcorp computers were connected and Brainiac (who left a piece of himself inside Lexcorp computers during the Ghost in the Machine episode of Superman) slipped in.
One Strip! One Strip! So, Zod or Kara?
Wake me up at your own risk.“Another like you” line makes me think of Kara. Unless Jol just meant another Kryptonian.
Oh fuck Jor can still contact Clark and we might be getting Supergirl.
It's probably Supergirl since she's already casted. Plus the image shown is a very skinny person which feels like Kara.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Remember when someone suggested that if Wonder Woman shows up, Lois might get slightly jealous because she's also superpowered?
Well imagine that does happen but adding to the hilarity, all Diana and Clark do is bond about how much they adore their human partners, with Steve Trevor being Diana's?
I also saw a bit of blond hair so I think it's Kara.
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself.Season 2 teaser poster that'll come out in Free Comic Book Day comics.
Also, here's the solicit and covers for issue 2 of the comic tie-in, out on July 3rd.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).That's definitely Brainiac's symbol. Unless they invited a Getter Robo to Metropolis.
Wake me up at your own risk.
With all the blatant anime references in this show, what makes you think Brainiac won't start resembling Getter.
One Strip! One Strip!Looking at the issue 2 cover, looks like Metallo and Bloodsport are showing up.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I've seen some people say the one on the left is Deathstroke, though there's agreement over Bloodsport. And maybe the one in the middle is a proper Amazo.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).New trailer for season 2, which comes out May 25.

"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Knowing the history of the characters, it is quite clear that we have a case of Doomed by Canon here, as one character is clearly not going to live to see the end of the season. It's apparent this character will die, and that death will act as the motivation for another character to want revenge on Superman. RIP Lex's hair.
Again?
I know Lex Luthor is famous for being bald, but I don’t know, I thought the John Shea version of him looked pretty good with hair.

I like to keep my audience riveted.Losing his hair will be Lex’s version of Kryptonian tech turning agains him and him blaming Superman, though he is already deep within his Super hate phase either way.
I'm planning on giving MAWS a watch.
I'm just curious how the people here generally feel about the way the villains have been handled so far.
I was just reading the trope page for the show and apparently they're a bit controversial?

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Brainiac didn't even know he'd captured Batman. He just needed Bruce Wayne's money and resources....I think.
He went to the trouble of faking a message for the other Bat-Family members that only failed due to Bruce smiling too much, but it's never clear if he found out Bruce was Batman or not.
Though yeah, Clark doing such a good Batman impersonation (so much that he likely added to Batman's Terror Hero mythos) should make everyone glad that isn't his style. He'd be damned good at it.
It might have also been a nod to those times in the Silver Age where Batman and Superman would impersonate each other to fool their enemies.
