It's there because there are other pages with the name "Africa" in other namespaces. If you really don't want to see them at the top of the page, you can move the page somewhere else like Africa 2013 (and the Hetalia one is an unused redirect that can probably just be cut), but I wouldn't worry too much about it. You're probably not going to run into any subpage collision with a Useful Notes page and a subpage of a trope.

I tried to find the right forum for this. I made this recently https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/Africa
and somehow it has links to unrelated things on top. The Axis Powers Hetalia, National Stereotypes and Useful Notes buttons are there and shouldn't be. How do I remove them?
