So this week's episode was a big one. They revealed what happened with Carly and Freddie right after the events of the original show, and Carly and Freddie get together.
Knowing what we do from this episode makes Freddie's guest appearance on Sam and Cat much funnier though.
Like "get together" or PG 13 "they kissed again and dated for a little while but the episode clearly makes it seem they aren't for each other" get together.

Honestly I feel like the only person who doesn't like Freddie, not that I hate him I just don't really like either.

I don't dislike him but resurrecting this "Creddie" drama can easily put him into Ross Geller or Ted Mosby territory.

Can you elaborate on that? Comparing anyone to Ted Mosby cokes off very harsh.
I'm not saying he is exactly like Ted, but he does have the potential to enter that territory if the writers aren't careful with how they handle Creddie and turn it into a Romantic Plot Tumor with Freddie acting jealous and entitled like Ross and Ted ended up being. It doesn't help he also has a few other things in common with them like being a nerd and having had a failed marriage.
If this show gets a season 4, I could see them breaking up Creddie for drama's sake, but I'm pretty sure this is the last season, so I think they're setting up the endgame ship now and giving the rest of the season to see it develop, because this is what the fans wanted to see for years.
Bringing in Carly's mother was not a twist I expected.
