Yes. This gives me more hope for a Victorious revival.
Also I watched the released episode. I liked them.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadEpisode 5. Nope. Neville's crazy... but it ends on a happy note for him at least.
Ah, a Season 2. Exciting.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Tomorrow's new iCarly episode features the return of Griffin from "iDate A Bad Boy". Considering the reputation of that special and the character himself, I don't have much hope for this.

I didn't know it had a reputation. Do tell.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I legit don't remember that Special. What was it about?

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadIs that the one where she dumps a guy for liking Beanie Babies, because that automatically made him an unmanly wimp? I do remember that annoying me as a kid.
Basically, Griffin was a bad boy, but it turns out he wasn't that bad as he collected beanie babies, which was a turnoff for Carly, so they broke up.
People related to that and felt bad for Griffin, but the episode was mostly liked, it was the same episode with Spencer's bagels rant, which is one of the more memorable moments on the show.
Yeah, I mostly remember the special because of all the YT Poops made from it.
"Let’s see who’s stronger: someone that has something to protect, or someone that has nothing to lose."I don't know if it was ever really controversial, but just a reminder that Carly was still a teenage girl and could be quite a drama queen. I think the actor for Griffin was also in his 20's while Miranda was 16 and there was heavy kissing scenes, but that's something else.
Do you not know that in the service one must always choose the lesser of two weevils! In Quinton's review -posted in the previous page- he talks about that special (min 2:17:45).
I want to see Spencer's buddy Socko.
Also, one good thing about Sam not being around? The plot of "ineed Space" would have been resolved in 5 minutes once Sam walked in and beat the ever-living hell out of Argentina.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I watched a bunch of the original series for a cleanup operation on Getting Crap Past the Radar, which led me to watch the revival just for enjoyment.
So, final episode clearly draws on the Fyre Festival fiasco and sticks Carly into the middle of a new Love Triangle, though the way the show has been going, if she ends up with anybody it will almost certainly be Freddie.

It looks like season 2 started filming this weekend.
Yay. I'm still surprised by how much I liked the first.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).How would you feel about a Victorious reboot? Where do you think the characters would be?
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I think that's a question for the Victorious thread.
Season 2 drops on April 8th, with a brand new trailer.
-losing my sh-t over Josh Peck being on ICARLY-
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).From what I've seen in the trailer, Lewbert, Chuck, and Guppy are confirmed, and the fact that they go to the groovie smoothie should mean we see T-Bo.
Man I haven't heard much about this online since the first season ended. Weird. Season 2 looks good.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadThe first two episodes of season two are out. The first one is nothing to talk about, but the second one has Lewbert sue Carly for all the damages she's caused him.
It's a funny episode that brings back a lot of classic characters, it reminds me of the Seinfeld finale.
Mmmmm. I don't want to buy a Paramount subscription. Already used the trial for Season 1.
But alas.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Five episodes into season 2, and I feel like they missed an opportunity for some ongoing storylines. If they swapped the order of "i'M Wild and Crazy" and "iObject, Lewbert", then maybe with what Spencer had already invested in Kevin and Shay What, he couldn't afford to pay off the entire settlement owed to Lewbert. That way, Carly would have to put aside money to pay off the settlement, while Spencer, no longer rich, would have to make his bar a success. These would have given them both ongoing storylines which wouldn't even need to affect the plot of any other episode significantly. Plus, it would have tied into "iObject, Lewbert"'s final moral about actions having consequences if Carly had to keep on dealing with those consequences instead of Spencer bailing her out completely.
