Basically, particular set of all gods of any individual polytheistic religion, mythology, or tradition.
Greek gods are one example of this.
It has also been used in a secular sense to refer to the set of a society's exalted persons, in which one example is our own Trope Pantheons.
Not quite sure which one the OP is talking about, though.
