This is honestly one of the craziest things we've seen Niji do. They weren't just going after someone they don't like over an innocuous joke, they were threatening to blackball an unrelated third party over an innocuous joke. Absolutely astounding level of pettiness
What'll be interesting is if this prompts other people to open up about threatening emails they've received from Anycolor...

It would be crazy if an email from nijisanji leaked on threatening official collabs with Doki and to an extent Sayu if that were the case. A concrete act of maliciousness than we have right now.

I've actually seen people atrributing Niji's downfall to him. IIRC he was hired at the beginning of 2023, and that was when things start to go badly. Zaion's termination, dissolution of ID branch, Nina and Mysta graduating, Pomu losing her "once-in-a-lifetime chance" that lead to her quitting, Selen getting into problems with management that finally imploded this year, etc.
ID and KR got absorbed in April 2022

Eh, if this had come out a year ago we might see some results, but I don't think too many people will be interested in hosting Nijisanji next year anyway. If Niji EN is still around next year
But speaking of Nijisanji being difficult... sure is interesting that the first Offkai Expo without Niji is the first one with Holo

I will not be surprised if the cons gradually start dropping Nijisanji with this reveal, on top of all of the shitshow that has been happening in the past months. The backlash at anyone still supporting the company's shenanigans will be too great to ignore if the cons don't drop them.
Sadly, Kurosanji's threats do have some credibility, given how influential they are in Japan. And guess what? Yasuhiro Harry Igarashi, the overseas talent manager for NijiEN who's actually only there part-time, is a full-time employee at Universal Music Japan.
