Who has the most dangerous Rogues' Gallery?

So I was thinking... what superhero or supergroup has the most powerful, dangerous rogues' gallery? Obviously, the Fantastic Four would be a strong contender, with Galactus, Doctor Doom, and Annihilus on the roster, and the Justice League with the Hyperclan, Darkseid, Crime Syndicate of Amerika, Neron, and the like...

But oddly, I'd be inclined to give the prize to Captain Britain and Excalibur, who have no less than four multiversal-level threats in Mad Jim Jaspers, the Fury, Necrom, and Jamie Braddock.

So is there anyone out there that can boast a bigger combined threat rating for their villains, that combats universe-eaters on the regular?

Doctor Strange. He's got the likes of Dormammu, Zom, and Shuma Gorath.
