Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

Bale was sitting in a couch on his base, preparing himself for the night.
Bale: Tomorrow's gonna be another day, Bailey, you'll see...
His mind then began to divagate, it started to become a mess as fear filled his thoughts... Fear of his darkest secrets being revealed, he had witnessed such events in the past, with Timewrecker being the most recent, as much as he masked his fear, even he feared the worst.
Bale: Guess one day they'll probably find out... I got to make the best out of my time for now.
He then sent a small gift box to his nominator friends... It had a bag to make instant hot cocoa and a bag of 12 chocolate chip cookies, after all they had to brace themselves, because Winter is coming.
??? Returns
??? was seen in his Dimension sitting on a throne of bones, thinking about the future and how they'll make the Nominators lives hell. Their Starble plan had mostly gone South for now.
???: Hmm, what to do, what to plan... Maybe an air-bone disease, that could do it... Nah too expensive and easy to thwart... Maybe a big laser.
Mr. Mind: You'll have to rest, you are sleep deprived and your mind is not in the best position to take decisions, leave that part to me, my apprentice.
They were then told to write down their ideas, for Mind to check and decide which was best to use. Before going to sleep in a dark chamber.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

Now that everyone has settled, 6k1 goes in front and speaks up.
"Alright everyone, who's excited for the party?"
"WE ALL ARE!!!" everyone shouts.
"But before we go, there are some important matters that you need to know. One of my assistants will be here shortly with the supplies."
Some of them groan, wanting to skip to the party already. As if on cue, Ally arrives with enough earpieces for everyone, even Mr. Star's group, and also Bale's gift for the nominators. She distributes the supplies, then introduces herself.
"You built another Mom?" asks Frisk.
"It sounds weird to put it that way, but she wasn't always like this," says 6k1. "It's a long story."
"I'll say it again 6k1," says Toriel with a chuckle. "Alphys must've rubbed off on you when you rebuilt her!"
"so i guess there are two toriels now?"
"SANS!" cries out everyone but Power and Carlos, who smirk.
"It was weird for me to see her as a robot version of myself, but I still miss her previous model," says Twilight.
"I remember when she was a skeletal Robot Me..." Power whispers to Ichi. "Her time in the Arena was..."
She takes a swig of the hot cocoa and eats some of the cookies.
"Want some, Ral?"
The goat wizard smiles and takes one from the pack.
"Anyway," says 6k1, "those earpieces will allow us to communicate with each other even when far away. There's also an emergency button that will warp us back to the gates when pressed."
She puts them on, and so do her tributes.
"Can you hear me through this?"
They all confirm it. Before 6k1 could make the next announcement, Frisk raises their left hand, wanting to show the guests their new powers.
"Alright, but make it quick."
The child goes in front of everyone and summons a barrier similar to the one that sealed their monster friends Underground around them.
"Alphys made me this hand after Bill Cipher bit it off while I was on the way to visit her. It repels dark magic."
"Ow," says Ralsei at the mention of the pyramid demon's attack. "Whoever that guy is, I definitely don't want my hands bitten off by him!"
Everyone agrees with that. The non-Underground residents simply look at the barrier with intrigue while Mikey makes another sketch in his mobile suit design.
"I'd ask one of you here to do a quick demo on the barrier, but this isn't the right place to do it," says 6k1.
Frisk desummons it and goes back to their seat.
"Alright, there are three ways to go to the base from here: the mountain, the long road, and just teleporting, using portals, or whatever transport you have."
"Can we just skip the mountain?" asks Power, raising her hoof. "I know some of us would like to take the 'fun' route, but there are just too many hazards!"
"I know that, but sure, we'll cross that off the list."
Twilight, Toriel, and Carlos, who did take the mountain to GC's party, breathe a sigh of relief. Sans, Ralsei, and Mr. Ramon also agree, but Frisk, D. A., and Mikey beg to differ.
"It'll be just like climbing Mt. Ebott again," says the child.
"And we wanna go on a mini-field trip!" cry out the Walker Elementary students.
"Sorry kids, but our safety is of top priority."
6k1 looks at her audience again. "Now, those who want to go there instantly, please raise your right hand/hoof/whatever."
She does so, and Power, Twilight, Toriel, Sans, Ralsei, Mr. Ramon, and Mikey follow suit. The DM waits for the others to cast their votes.

Pleased that he was now on good terms with Starfall, Ichigo listens to Power whispering about Ally's initial debut and immediately gets flashbacks of Carnage trying to run the Databot down while Chariots of Fire played on a nearby speaker. He shakes his head, as if to clear the thought, then digs into the cookies he'd received from Bale.
Once he receives his earpiece and listens to the entirety of 6k1's speech, he decides to voice his opinion and cast his own vote.
"In all honestly, if the mountain's 100% off the table, I would prefer it if we took the long road. After missing out on all the adventures y'all had during the last couple parties, I admittedly wanna make up for lost time myself."
"The guy hired me to be his bodyguard, so I might as well earn that paycheck. My vote's for the long road," Kabal adds before taking a sip of cocoa. "Besides, I need some excitement after all the crap jobs Kano's been saddling me with."

He then gets dressed and goes to Det. GC's base.

Vulgrim puts up a huge neon sign with the help of a few Peacekeepers that say "Grand Opening!"
"Now this should reel in some potential customers."
"At first, I was like "hmmm, yeah, buff choccy bunny." But bro: I don't think it's a joke anymore..."

As the guests enter the venue, Billy greets them, saying "welcome Psyche and Elliot. I hope you enjoy the party here, which will start later as we are now waiting for others. Also who are you?" Billy refers to the four people with Elliot.
Then, Billy receives a notification that Eredars is entering the base. Immediately, the security system activates, but before it can attack, Eredars is scanned and eventually verified as one of the guests, being allowed to enter safely.

Kirby
The Database Library, Conference Room
While listening to 6k1's speech, Mr. Star and Kirby are given the earpieces. Kirby looks in awe at Frisk's barrier. After it's finished, Mr. Star then tells the DM.
"I already have Kirby's ship, the Spacepod! It can take us anywhere! I think we'll ride the Spacepod to the base instead."
GC's Base
Magolor has arrived into the base with Kirby's various friends: The Animal Trio, Gooey, Daroach, Taranza, and Susie. Magolor then clarifies himself as Kirby's friend, and gets accepted.

Arimo leaves the library and follows the directions on the party invitation. She’d never really been to a party, so she didn’t know what to expect.

Seeing that Frisk, Carlos, and D. A. didn't put their hands up for fast travel, 6k1 assumes that they want the long route instead.
Those are some adventurous kids... she thinks to herself.
Mr. Star's group then make their votes. All of them take the fast travel option, tipping the scales 17-5 in favor of it, but they'll all be going by themselves.
"Ich..." says Power in a hushed voice, "as much as I'd like to go there already... Is it okay if I go with you on the road? I hope 6k1 doesn't mind..."
Ralsei, still within earshot, jumps in. "I'd like to go with you, too. And those kids need a healer..."
Power ponders on this, then asks Ichi if she can watch the next episode of Survivor, to which he says yes.
In the Reward Challenge, one representative from each tribe holds a bar with two buckets on each end, and the rest fill the opposing tribe's with heavy objects. The Dissolsaber volunteers for Stardust while Likulau represents Moonlight. As the teams literally weigh each other down, Survivor!Power draws up the heaviest objects she can think of without using up all her magic. After some time, however, the Dissolsaber collapses after holding the buckets for too long! The Moonlight Tribe is served pizza as a reward, with toppings of their choice.
For Immunity, everyone is forced to eat a beetle larva called a butok. Survivor!Power grimaces at the thought of eating bugs, but does it anyway for the sake of her tribe. Kirby eats his with no hesitation, while the others either eat theirs for the same reason as Power or because they're brave enough to do so. Moonlight, on the other hand, sees Eastwood chicken out, costing his tribe the immunity.
Survivor!Power then discusses with Neptune on who'll be the leader of their tribe since the former was just being the de facto one for the time being. They both make a vote, but then Moonlight Cookie announces that Kirby has been chosen. He won the three of them with his adorableness, but his eating habits just rub the tribe off the wrong way.
Following several arguments among the members of Moonlight, they all have the Tribal Council. After a tie between Sylvia and Azula, another vote is held to break it, ultimately kicking the latter out of the island.

I honestly wouldn't have it any other way," Ichigo says to Power and Ralsei, watching as the Joker happily munches on his own butok during the Immunity Challenge, then contemplates feeding Kirby some of his signature Joker Toxin back at camp... before deciding that the puffball wasn't worth the effort as he returns to the tribe's shack to conspire with his partner-in-crime, Overhaul.

Tabby and Pecan arrive at the party, not surprisingly early as a couple of people are there. Tabby is dressed in her dress/tux combo while Pecan wears a V-Neck Dress with a petal-like skirt. The two are scanned for security purposes and are let in. Tabby goes off to chat with some people.
"So, how are you guys? I notice that the girl with the antlers looks new. Who is she?"
"She's probably a new nominator like that girl Alivia."

Dave's group look on at Frisk's barrier with great interest, and in some cases, awe.
"Hmm.... Reminds me of Nayru's Love. A barrier that protects one from dark magic...." Link notes, a curious look crossing his face.
Before his group could begin to vote, Dave stands up.
"Well, I'm sure some of you want to have some excitement in the long road, so how's this for a bit of a compromise? Those who want to go the quick way, either by portal or whatever vehicle you have, can do so. Those who want to go the long road can do so as well; I'll be with you if you want to go by that way. It's your call," Dave announces.
Starlight and Starfall then vote for the fast travel, since they are still rather quite tired from managing the School and traveling respectively. Link and his companions, on the other hand, choose to go the long road, reasoning that they wish to hone their skills some more. Riku and Kairi also vote for the long road, the latter for the same reason as Link and the former to make sure she stays safe.
"It's your call, everyone, but remember: choose wisely," Fira whispers to herself.
"Then I wish to go the long road as well," Ninten replies, looking at Ichi all the while. "I want to spend some time with Mr. Ichi, who happened to be the leader of the School of Strategies. And I happen to be his first student, and I succeeded in completing the studies."
Dave's group replies with an "Ooh", clearly quite impressed.
"I think I'll go the fast way; I'd like to save up some energy," Nemo votes.
"I'll be going the fast way as well, helping 6k1 watching over the group. It's not like I'm much of a fighter, anyway."
"As you wish, my Adviser. Then the choice is settled. The majority vote goes to the fast way, with a total vote of 21-12. But my offer of compromise is still in the air," Dave finishes.

Arimo’s antlers stick straight up as she has noticed Tabby talking about her. She decides to go over to introduce herself.
“My name is Arimo, and yes, I’m new here. I nominated two musical cyborgs, Guy-Manuel and Cyborg Noodle. Guy-Manuel didn’t seem the most on board with being nominated, though...”
She laughs nervously and her antlers lower a bit.
"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."

Bale went to GC's Base to take part in the Great Party, again he was accompanied by Meta Knight and Lucina; but this time he also brought Pythor, Charlie, Alastor (whom he "borrowed" from the Legion), Mr. Godzilla, Mini-Deadpool, Diny the Hydreigon and Crimson Gale with him.
Bale: Okay guys, we're going to a party, so I hope you behave well.
Meta: I'll do.
Lucina: Of course!
Pythor: I won't promise anything.
Mr. Godzilla: Neither will I.
Mini-Deadpool: I do-n't !
The rest of his group remained silent.
Bale: Well, then. Let's head there.
Then he teleported everyone to the Base.

While Dave's group cast their votes, Power watches the next Survivor episode. For the Reward Challenge, each tribe has to work together to retrieve a treasure chest from the bottom of the sea. Survivor!Power, in her custom-made diving gear, follows her group as they swim to theirs first, but break into an argument on how to bring it back up efficiently due to Kirby's rules getting in the way. Stardust sees Moonlight resurface first, and Survivor!Power facehoofs when they enjoy their new fishing gear.
For Immunity, the smallest members of each tribe are brought to a secluded part of the jungle, and their teammates have to trek through it to save them. Survivor!Power does her best Daring Do impression on the way to save Moonlight Cookie, but Kirby's plans for the rescue mission come into conflict with the others'. GC's group finds Zig easily thanks to the former's detective skills, and they make it back to their camp before Stardust could do so.
In light of Stardust's poor performance this episode, they all elect the Dissolsaber as their new leader. Moonlight, on the other hand, sees more arguments that slowly eat away at its alliances.
And finally, for the Tribal Council, the Stardust tribe's split between kicking out Kirby or the Joker. Survivor!Power, still finding the puffball adorable and wanting to give him another chance, decides to cast the final vote on the Joker, who's made to leave the island.
6k1 then announces that majority has voted to take the fast route.
"Excuse me 6k1," HGS!Power says while raising her hoof again, "But Ralsei and I changed our minds..."
Dave then offers his sister the third option.
"Well then... those who want to take the road... may do so."
"Thanks," says Power. "I wanna go with Ichi this way."
"And I'll make sure no one gets injured," says Ralsei.
"Alright Ally," says 6k1, "go to the storeroom and give the long road travelers additional supplies. I'll just go out for a moment."
Affirmative.
They both leave the room. Ally soon comes back and gives Power, Ralsei, Frisk, Carlos, D. A., and the others travel bags with all the essentials, with Power packing hers in her own bags and Frisk transferring theirs to their phone's Dimensional Box. 6k1 then enters wearing her Exoskeleton and makes a fist with it.
"This helps increase my upper arm strength, courtesy of Ichi."
She uses her cloaking device to conceal it.
"I've hidden it so it won't detract from my dress, and since my training with Dave was postponed, it's the best I have for self-defense."
She then pulls out a small pendant with a four-pointed star from her pocket and calls Frisk over.
"This is a mini-SAVE Point," she says as she puts it around their neck. "I got this from one of my scientists on the way back here. You know how to use your powers with this, right?"
The child nods.
"Since you're a native of your universe while I'm not, only you can use them outside of it. Use them wisely though, because rewinding time this way might cause... problems during the trip or the party."
Frisk nods again and goes back to their seat as 6k1 turns to her audience.
"So are we all ready to go?"
"WE ALL ARE!!!" everyone shouts.
I have high hopes that you will have the optimal party experience, 6001, says Ally.
"I hope so too," says 6k1.
She turns back to her group and points to her earpiece.
"This has a wide coverage, so remember to call me in case of emergency, okay?"
Everyone affirms it.
"Then let's go!"
Twilight then gives the meeting doc to 6k1, which she gives to Ally for safekeeping before the latter returns to the basement.
Outside the Database Library
As everyone goes out to prepare for departure, 6k1 sees the new defenses being put up. She emails Billy thanks, and turns back to see Sophie and Timothy bidding her goodbye. This prompts her to update her staff about it.
"My child," says Toriel to Frisk, "see you at the party. Stay safe and determined as always."
"i'm rootin' for ya, kid," says Sans.
"And I hope you stay safe and have fun in your little field trip with D. A.,"' says Mr. Ramon to Carlos.
"See you there, big bro," says Mikey.
The kids thank them and also say that they'll see them there.
Power then sees Frisk use the mini-SAVE Point and just realized something. If they can turn back time, that could only mean...
"Dave... I think that's what happened in our first party..."

Detective Gamechanger's Base
As all the visitors are processed and accepted, including Felix, Billy also greets them as usual. As for Bale's group, as the base has an anti teleportation measure, they can only reach around the base outside, meaning they still have to walk in and be processed by the security system.
Billy then notices Arimo and then Tabby introducing her. Immediately, he introduces himself, saying "My name is Billy. I am one of the nominators in the Game, as well as a native from a nation in another universe, called The Federation of Kendor. I am also a CEO, running a company called Eagle's Hawk Corporation." After this, Billy turns on the TV on the base so everyone can watch the proceeding season. It shows everyone still on their podiums, with Billy's tributes included.
Then, Billy receives a notification of two groups arriving. He checks the cameras to see it's Giorno and Marinette's groups. It seems they decide to after all. But then, he also sees another group arriving. They are Reimu, Marisa and Sanae, in party clothing. Immediately, he has the system do the usual procedure to them, before greeting them once they made it in.
Next, he checks on his red male Starble, Arcturus through a small stick shaped device, which produces a holographic screen when clicked. It's shown that Billy's clone is now interacting with him, petting him and giving him some special treats in the special building on the Tribute's Village. The background is that of night, with the wilderness visible.

When the meeting concludes and everyone's decided which route they intend to take, Ichigo takes a moment to get caught up on Survivor: Multiverse. Admittedly, he was a little disappointed to see the Joker get his torch snuffed despite his, Overhaul and Neptune's best efforts to persuade Survivor!Power to vote out the puffball turned dictator instead.
"Everyone who'll be taking the long road with me, make sure y'all have everything in order before we roll out," he says, both hands clasping the head of his cane as he waits for the rest of the long road group.

Bale and his group spotted Arimo, and Bale rushed to meet her.
Bale: Hello, Arimo, I am Vengeful Bale, just in case you forgot who I was.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
Kirby
Outside the Database Library
Mr. Star bids farewell to the DM and her tributes, and leads Kirby and his friends into the Spacepod. The Spacepod then starts flying and leaves the scene.
The Spacepod, High Up on the Sky.
Kirby looks at his wardrobe in his room. He then grabs a purple, egg-shaped gem: Homura's Soul Gem, which he collected after his stint in the Arena. Meanwhile, Mr. Star commands the Spacepod to take them to GC's Base, which it does.
The Arena
In the grasslands of the Arena, Marx, an enemy from Kirby's past, emerges. He then finds the charred corpse of a pink-haired girl, with a bright pink gem in her hand. Marx then picks it up and leaves.

Outside the Database Library
6k1 bids goodbye to Mr. Star's group and eats her pack of cookies. She then tells the road trippers to group with Ichi on one side and the fast travelers on the other. She does a final head count and calls Perri to summon the portals.
Power watches 6k1's group step in and say goodbye to her, and she says that she'll see them there in response.
"So Ich, Ral... are we ready?"
"Sure am, Power!"
"Us three!" the kids chime in.
"And by the way Power," adds Frisk, "that Faded Ribbon suits you."
Power thanks them for the compliment and steps in. Everyone else follows suit. Once they've left, the construction workers arrive to build Mimi's room in the basement.
Outside GC's Base
6k1's group steps out of the portal and passes through the security systems. Once they've been confirmed as guests, 6k1 greets the others as they enter.

GC's Base
Psyche waves to all the new guests. She waves an eyebrow upon noticing Arimo, then smiles as she introduces herself. "Hey, nice to meet you! I'm Psyche. I've basically been around since the dawn of time as far as nominating goes." She offers a handshake.
Meanwhile, Felix enters the base and surveys the area. He smiles at the tributes following his dress code… and scowls at the ones who have too much skin showing, even if it's just arms or legs.
BTS follow suit shortly after Felix. They all smile and wave - well, except for Jimin, who hangs around nervously at the back of the group, trying to keep himself hidden. After a bit, he spots Mikey out of the corner of his eye and cautiously approaches him.
"Um… hello," he says quietly. "Do you remember me?"
His bandmates seem to be having too much fun to notice. Jin turns towards them. "So, guys, what comes before Plan B?" he asks them.
"Is this a trick question?" Yoongi wonders aloud. "Of course it's-"
"-part-aaaaaaay!" Jin cries.
His bandmates groan and give him a look that pretty much says Oh, Seokjin! all on its own.
Stray Kids' Living Quarters
"Ahh, isn't this nice?" Lee Know remarks as he relaxes on the sofa. "Dictator Felix isn't here to cuss us out over what we're wearing!"
"Let's enjoy this while it lasts," says Seungmin as he takes off his jumper.
"Yeah!" I.N agrees.
Chan, who's been silently watching the television, gasps. The others immediately turn to look at the screen. A news report on Bang Island has come on, showing footage of hundreds of Stays from all over the world come to visit the island Chan had found and named. Many of them are writing their own messages in the sand, although unfortunately Chan's name has been washed away by the waves.
Chan grins from ear to ear. "Wow! They're loving it!"
"Hey, we better visit, too!" Lee Know cries.
"Ugh, don't take Felix with us," Changbin groans. "He'd force us to wear winter clothes on a hot island. It'd be horrible."
"So let's go now!" says Hyunjin.
"While hundreds of Stays are already there?" Chan counters. "Are you sure that's a good idea?"
"...yeah, maybe not," Hyunjin decides. "But when we do go, we're leaving Felix here!"
"That sounds kind of mean," Chan protests.
"As if he hasn't been mean to us," says Han.
Chan shrugs. Sometimes he wonders why he agreed to be the leader of this bunch.

GC's Base
Naturally, 6k1's tributes split off to look for guests from their respective worlds to talk to. She reminds them on her earpiece not to stray too far away from her.
Jimin approaches Mikey, who's being wheeled by his dad. He looks at him for a moment and twiddles his fingers.
"I... I think I remember you..."
He vaguely recalls Dad meeting up with them, along with something... terrible happening to them afterwards, but he can't remember what.
"To say that he had been through a lot would be putting it mildly," Mr. Ramon tells Jimin. "It was fun being Magical Girls with you and the boys, though!"
He chuckles and shakes the latter's hand while Mikey cringes slightly.
"My brother Carlos will be here soon..."
Jin then makes a pun that said brother would find funny if he were here already.
"Nice one!" says Dad.
Meanwhile, 6k1 decides to talk to Eredars.
"Hey there, about time we meet in a happy occasion! How's life?"
The Road to the Base
Power's group steps out of the portal and waits for Dave's to follow. She looks around at her surroundings: the road goes through a small forest, and the mountain that she took to the first party can be seen on her left. Up ahead is GC's base, but it's a long, winding road there.
"This should be pretty easy, unlike that time when Susie and Lancer got lost in the woods..."
"As long as dangerous creatures don't pop out of nowhere, we should be fine!"
"But what if there are spiders along the way?"
"Not all of them are harmful, Carlos!"
"I know, but still..."
Frisk then wonders what would happen if Carlos met Muffet. It probably wouldn't end well...

Jimin feels a little more comfortable with Mikey's father, but surprised nonetheless as he returns the handshake.
Do they even know about the things I've done...?
He considers telling Mr. Ramon that he's been through a lot, too, but he'd rather not discuss his troubles with someone he doesn't know that well, especially if his opinion on him is going to change. Instead, he smiles and focuses on what Mr. Ramon had said about their time as magical girls.
"Ah... I do remember that," he says fondly. "It all started with Hoseok joking about a magical girl concept for our next comeback. We were all talking about what outfits we might wear for it when a cute creature approached us and turned us into magical girls." He chuckles a little. "It was fun! Seokjin and Yoongi got sick of it pretty quickly, though..."
He glances down at Mikey and decides to try and cheer him up a little by indulging in conversation. "You have a brother?"
Jin, meanwhile, turns to Mr. Ramon and gives him a dazzling smile. "Thank you! My uncultured dongsaengsnote don't appreciate my dad jokes. It's nice to see someone who does!" Despite his somewhat harsh words, his tone of voice is gentle and playful, and his bandmates chuckle. They all turn their attention towards the Ramons, but decide not to do anything for now, knowing that Mikey is quite nervous at the moment.
The Database Library, Conference Room
Dave smiles at Frisk's comment. "Thank you, Frisk," he says sincerely.
Meanwhile, Nemo also giggles at Carlos' pun, finding the joke funny. D. A.'s analysis, meanwhile, impresses him.
Mr. Ramon's introduction's draws another giggle from the clownfish. "Yeah, if it was around two years ago, you wouldn't want to do a 'dad joke battle' with him; he tended to explain the joke a lot back then. But I digress; he's much better at it now," he says.
Starfall can't help but to shrink a little at seeing Ichigo, still remembering that he's the one who killed Crimson Gale back at the Nominator Games. However, his and Power's reassurances are able to calm him down. "Okay. I forgive you, Ichi," he tells him.
Ralsei's appearance intrigues him, but he decides to hold up on that until later. There will be time to know him, he's sure of that.
Meanwhile, Starlight smiles wearily at her mentor. "It's still tiring, but with Sunburst and Trixie's help, I'm getting more and more used to handling it," she says. "Though Sunburst did say that I need to let off some more and have fun, that's why he wanted me to go to the party. I thought about bringing him along, but he didn't want to. He reasoned that he can handle it by himself, while I have fun. Still...."
"It is alright, Starlight. Sunburst is right, you do need to let some things off. It shows that he cares about you," Fira chimes in. "But of course, I never did truly introduce myself, did I? In case someone forgets, my name's Fira. I am Lord Dave's trusted adviser, and second in command."
Ninten, for his part, hugs Kirby back. "You must be Kirby. I've heard a lot about you," he tells the puffball. Then Ribbon's comment is said, and he smiles sheepishly. "Aww, it's nothing much, see."
"In fact, you don't look so bad for a fairy yourself. And this is coming from someone who's been associated with fairies, since I was raised as a child of the forest," Link tells her, smirking slightly as his fairy companions chime in their agreement. He then takes a look at Kirby, and his smirk grows bigger at the . "Well, well, well. If it isn't Kirby. Nice to see you here, old friend."
Ninten then continues talking to Ness. "It's not so different than your own, Ness. I started out as a normal kid, then some things suddenly came to life and attacked my sisters. And thus I found myself in a journey of a lifetime. But no surprise could be bigger than the fact that my missing great-grandmother had in fact adopted Giegue (aka Giygas) as her son. Boy, was it something to take in. I'll tell you more later, I promise."
Riku and Kairi, meanwhile, choose to say nothing, merely taking their seats and looking at 6k1, Ichi, and Dave semi-intrigued.
Then 6k1 makes her announcement, and soon enough, the others in Dave's group simmer down and take their seats in the order they came in.
