Is it me or some parts of the animation remind me a bit of Chincherrinas's work cause of the fluid nature of some of it

I feel like the animation for the Cinderella one unnerves me a bit with how off putting

But why does Gepetto look like Dr. Wily?

My favorite part are those lobsters or crayfish in the whale’s stomach keeping Gepetto company. Not only are they sapient for some reason, they stay in the stomach while Pinocchio and Gepetto escape.

I guess they just really didn’t want to live. Which I guess I can understand, what with being trapped in a Goodtimes production.

Edutain4Kids apparently did not license the Dingo Pictures movies they adapted into E-Books and their Dalmatians adaptation was the only one to get an audio book!

Phelous takes a look at last year's Pinocchio movie... um. not that one... or that one... no, it's Pinocchio: A True Story:

i think half the reason Disney makes so many live action remakes is to avoid a situation you have multiple films released in the same year that are based on a public domain work they've already made animated film of years ago and none of them are the disney version

Three in rapid succession and they still ended up making arguably the worst one.

I don't know why, but the actor who played him in that early 2000s version just made me think of it as Peewee Herman as Pinocchio.

Anyway, Pauly Shore's talent maybe be iffy, but, he has wood.

In the year 2000, Disney made a musical starring Drew Carey and many Whose Line is it Anyway jokes were born.

The Spider-Man 1981 series did the episode Web of Nephillia about a scientist turning into a spider creature then Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends had Attack Of The Anachnoid which did the exact same thing!

Appreciate this and the Goron vid. Always nice to get some attention for the Solo show.

Another similar well more that it goes back to The Amazing Spider-Man #4 where the Sandman is introduced, the Solo ep "The Sandman is Coming" has Spidey fleeing due to losing his mask.

Amazing Friend "Spider-Man Unmasked", yep has his identity discovered by the Sandman. Still could make for a nice dual review.

Wonder if he plans to do a contrast between the episodes "Revenge of the Green Goblin" and "Triumph of the Green Goblin". Maybe for Halloween.

Yeah, a good bit on the Doctor Doom arc from Spider-Man (1981), which ironically the one home video compilation skips the only episode Phelous (at the time of this posting) covered. Yeah the home video market just wasn't ready for the one episode wonders of Goron.😔

Phelous takes a look at The Fantastic Four (1978) episode "The Menace of Mysterio", which features one of the most hilarious inept depictions of the Master of Magnet:

Mickey Mouse let himself go and became a villain and the Mouse Police barely do anything in this movie and it's up to some mice kids to solve the cheesy crime.

Phelous takes a look at The Real Ghostbusters episode, "Mrs. Roger's Neighbourhood, one of the few episodes from the pre-Q5 era of the show where Peter and Janine were redubbed with Dave Coulier and Kath Soucie:

We've got a different kind of video today. Looks like the current people running Dingo sent Phelous some official merchandise. Seems like the gifts are prototypes, and that official releases in the Dingo Pictures merchandise store will have a few changes.

I didn't even know that Dingo Pictures is still going. I thought they shut down years ago.
