33.1: Bob does not have the authority to ban the mods until he is given the authority to ban people. We're not even sure how he thought that would work.

11. if Bob misses out a number on a list game, he's not allowed to add it ages later.

• 11.1: ESPECIALLY if it's already been added!

11.2:And adding subpoints to it is right out.

36: Bob is not allowed to play any Tabletop game

• 36.1: Especially if he does everything from "Things Mr Welch is not allowed to do in an RPG"

36.2: And Bob has been informed that it's still a tabletop game if you play it on the floor.

36.3:We have made sure that Bob will never have access to Rift lest he gets an idea to try to cause that situation.
