I did like the bit where Jefferson and Madison actually seem a bit surprised that Hamilton gave Jefferson his vote. "Well I'll be damned" indeed.
Disgusted, but not surprisedYou've heard the soundtrack.
You've seen the animatics.
You've probably even seen the movie.
But you've probably never heard Hamilton like this.
That's right, Muppets version!
It's been 3000 years…Gotta say, I'm a little torn that it's an almost entirely Sung-Through Musical. For one, there's technically no narmy awkward bursting into songs like in most musicals because, well, they're always singing. On other hand, it kinda gets tiring.
Thank god for intermissions.

Probably one of the greatest uses of buildup ever.

Saw it tonight. Flawed as it is in terms of historical accuracy I enjoyed it.
I also didn't really sympathize with Burr. Just seemed like he wanted to enact Tall Poppy Syndrome on Hamilton and then become the Tall Poppy himself. And him getting mad at Hamilton for not endorsing him for President just makes him look like a hypocrite after he'd changed from a Federalist to a Democratic-Republican to beat Phillip Schuyler.
I think the King got to have the most fun though. Three songs, snarky dialogue, and a snazzy outfit.
