Might as well rip off the nail quickly and neatly instead of twisting the knife with hours of live reading.
And now, the review.
Good God, this is gonna be a movie too?
I know, money, but come on, even producers must have standards.
Oh sweet summer child.
Eh, being optioned for a movie doesn't mean much. Unless there's at least a director attached it's best to treat it as not happening
It’s been two years since the movie was announced apparently, so yeah, it’s not a given.
I remember when the novel I translated for my Masters thesis got an official translation (Under the Harrow by Flynn Berry), the French blurb advertised that it "got bought by Paramount for a movie adaptation." That was 4 year ago. I haven’t heard of that movie ever being made.
Let me have some faith in humanity. EL James doesn’t make that easy.

I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person.Today, The Dom compares Alan Moore's The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen to its 2003 film adaptation directed by Stephen Norrington and starring Sean Connery in his last live-action role.
Today, The Dom compares Stardust, an illustrated novel written by Neil Gaiman, to its 2007 film adaptation with same name directed by Matthew Vaughn.
I remember reading the first League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comic in my college library, it was a little much for me, as he gets into why. I never watched the movie.
If the first one was too much don't read the later ones, they get weird.
Noted and I figured. Stardust is another one that I only read the book of. Though Captain Shakespeare does sound like a delight.
After several life readings of The Mister by E.L. James, The Dom decides to make a full review of it.
Before that review, however, today he gives a synopsis of the book in advance.
