You see the recruitment video for the Church of the Sub Genius with guys rambling how a four-dimensional comic took the shape of a 7-Eleven or something or with the stereotypes of seeing those in lower income classes, primarily in the United States, as more likely to commit a "What's the Frequency, Kenneth" like crime. It seems that many of those living in the United States have been bombarded and handed down such a vast amount of information from worldwide past generations that they fragment the "interesting" parts of them and go off incessantly about this while other parts, especially in Central Asia, you see centuries of tradition and customs practically lead these people to have more of a calming nature when it comes to their speech.
