I hate sounding like an asshole, but there's already a thread for this in the "it just awes me !" subforum.
This being said, it's a tie between "Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs" and "Rasputin vs Stalin vs Lenin vs Gorbatchev vs Putin".

And there's no reason why there can't be both (although that thread basically morphed into serving this thread's purpose and should have been moved over here a loooooong time ago).
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)mine is Bob Ross v Pablo Picasso.
I'm having to learn to pay the priceBill Gates Vs Steve Jobs
Skrillex vs. Mozart is on the list because it was the first one I ever listened to.
Edison vs. Tesla is probably my most favorite, though. Because Tesla.
Batman vs. Holmes gets an honorable mention.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Rasputin vs. Stalin. Because Lenin's entrance and subsequent schooling of everyone was freaking awesome.
The one I keep coming back to is Donald Trump vs. Ebenezer Scrooge (aka the Christmas Carol one). The beginning left me cold, but there's a variety of talents in quick succession (Scrooge himself nails it every time), and Death at the end is amazing.
Other than that, I enjoy Bill Gates vs. Steve Jobs, for the number of geeky references, Doc Brown vs. Doctor Who for the same reasons, and Bruce Lee vs. Clint Eastwood because there some sick burns in there.

Best of this season, or overall?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Bob Ross vs. Pablo Picasso and Micheal Jordan vs. Mohammad Ali are my favorites of Season 3.

Jordan vs Ali. Jordan actually walked over to the other side of the battle to finish his verse.

Any ideas for future Rap Battles?
How about Mark Zuckerberg vs Jim Wales? Owners of game-changing online phenomena.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Personally, I'd love to see a George Patton vs Erwin Rommel or a Dr. Frankenstein vs Dr. Mengele.
the Bioshock fan in me would love an Andrew Ryan vs Zachary Comstock, too.
Hodor vs Groot. We haven't had a Pokémon Speak rap battle before, after all. It could be something fun to do for April Fool's Day.

You guys like Let's Plays? You guys like shameless plugs? Well, come on down!I think the Goku actor would have been better as Vegeta.
Okay, that was one of the best ones yet. Great rhymes, flow, digs, effects and beat.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Colour me pleasantly surprised.
I'm having to learn to pay the priceI'm starting to think that RWJ should quit doing =3 and devote all of his time to ERB, because he's clearly way better at the latter.
Ah, right, I forgot about that.

I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money.I hate to be the one to tell you this, but he officially ended =3 a few months ago. (Or at least his hosting of it, he said he might hand it to someone else.)

Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)Whazzat?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%....That wasn't Goku, that was Vegeta. Goku would be a Friendly Enemy.
Epic Rap Battle versions of characters are always more aggressive. I feel like a friendly rap battle could just wind up boring.

You guys like Let's Plays? You guys like shameless plugs? Well, come on down!Honestly I see Goku as being more akin to Mr. Rogers, calm in the first verse before upping his game in the next. It's not just that he's more aggressive, it's that he's nothing like Goku.
And Supes would be a boy scout. If those two actually met, they'd just sit down for a chat and a cup of tea. A certain out of character level of animosity is required for the premise to work.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Not really. Goku would probably try to get Superman to fight him, but seeing as Superman isn't the type to fight for the sake of it, I can see some room for conflict there.
Now that it's started up again, what is everyone's favourite?
I'm partial to Al Capone vs. Blackbeard. Personally, I'd like more historical figures and fewer modern pop-culture personalities.
