I think you mean for Web Original subpages, e.g. RunningGag.Web Original. The namespace is the part that comes before the page title (RunningGag/, in the previous example). Related To pages are sorted by page title, not namespace, which is why subpages with the same title aren't in alphabetical order by namespace. However, I agree that having the secondary sort to be by namespace instead of whatever it currently is would be nice, as it would make it easier to track where you are when doing a wick cleanup.

I'd like to say that the secondary sort order by namespace already, but it isn't. Take a related page like this one and look at the various namespaces for, say, Anime or AnimeAndManga. No apparent order whatsoever.

If you view the "related" list for an article, and the list has a bunch of links in the same namespace, then they don't sort properly. For instance, with https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/relatedsearch.php?term=Wiki/SCPFoundation, for the "Web Original" namespace, you have "There's No Kill like Overkill", "Running Gag", and then "Crazy-Prepared".
