You can just edit your signup application if you want to change things, yeah. (You should also mention in a post when you've done so though)

@Armbands: Armbands (That's uppercase) are fairly rare in-universe and most people don't know about them, with the most common method of getting a human to mon transformation item (Which would include lowercase "a" armbands) being getting them from the Ersatz Alliance store.

Did you have a location in mind for where he's from, because if so you should add that to your signup application.

Backstory: Kiyu was playing with her brother one day as a very young child, but fell into the Castelia Sewers. She couldn't see where she was going and ended up getting lost, only for the Eevee that would become Espie to lead her to the park within. It and the other Pokemon raised her, and she decided that it was time for her to go. She walked out with her mother and began exploring.

Species: Espeon

Nickname: Espie

Gender: Female

Ability: Synchronize

Personality/Bio: Espie acts as a caring mother figure to Kiyu, and was exactly that when the latter fell down.

At home she’d play with the family’s Espeon, watch Pokémon battles on the TV (Especially when Alister was fighting), and listen to her Grandma’s stories about her Gym Challenge. One day, when she was 10, her grandma contracted a deadly virus, and died. With nothing left for herself, she packed up everything she owned, and set out on her journey to become the very best.

Backstory: Diana was born into a comfortable middle-class family. Her parents were retired adventurers, which Diana hadn't learned until she was eight. She grew up idolizing her parents and the concept of adventuring. Upon turning fifteen, she was devastated to learn that her parents had retired not due to an injury as she thought, but because of their failure. Her parents were not good at their jobs and figured their business wasn't worth it because of how little money they were bringing in. Diana refused to let her parents' dream die out like that, so upon hitting eighteen, she set off on a journey across the regions, to do what her parents could not.

Personality/Bio: Lyre is an incredibly hotheaded Pokemon. Her fiery personality and affinity for poking fun at nearby Pokemon often help to boost Diana's chances of getting in trouble, much to Randall's dismay.

Personality/Bio: She fits The Ditz personality trait to a tee. She's sweet, naive, and often doesn't pick up on sarcasm ever. She likes meeting new people and Pokemon, so naturally doesn't like Lyre's generally rude demeanor towards others.

I'll admit I'd like a little clarification on what you mean by 'adventurer' since there's a couple different pokeverse/WAAP Tverse occupations that could allude to. That's kind of a minor gripe, though.

yeah, I thought that could use some more explanation after the fact too. Her parents were mainly cave explorers. They'd go off-roading, look for some open caves, abandoned mines, etc., and hop down them with torches and stuff. They never really found anything important, at most, they'd find some stones they could sell to a pawn shop nearby, but that was it.

Appearance: His skin is a shade of light brown and he has thick bushy hair with sideburns going from his ears. He has brown eyes that are almost always covered by sunglasses. His casual outfit is that of a buttoned shirt decorated with tropical flowers and berries, along with a pair of black shorts and blue crocs. His formal outfit in his line of private eye work is a purple business suit complete with a black fedora and black shoes. And don't forget about the sunglasses too!

Region of origin: Hau'oli City, Alola

Backstory: Tony Lopez was always the life of the party in Hau'oli City. His relatives would describe him as energetic with a huge amount of charisma amongst everyone he would meet. But even after trying to spice up his life, as well as others with jokes and making people smile, he still felt a bit...empty. The problem was he felt like his life was too ordinary for him to handle, since nothing spectacular ever happened in his humble little city, so he mostly felt bored most of the time and this mask of bubbliness was the only way he knew to make himself happy. That is until one fateful day when he came across an encounter of the supernatural kind.

It was a Friday afternoon and he was coming home one day when he arrived to find his home completely empty. His parents hadn't come back from work yet but this was different. The house was eerily quiet, too quiet. That is until a Misdreavus popped up out of nowhere and this sudden appearance scared the living Arceus out of him. But after Tony was knocked down on the ground from fright, the Misdreavus looked surprisingly teary-eyed after what had happened and floated off to Tony's room to begin bawling his eyes out. When Tony went up to check on the ghost, he then comforted him in order to find out what was wrong. It turns out the Misdreavus was trying to interact with humans long before Tony came along, and was trying to feed off of people's fear by doing his old jumpscare method. (Which in this case is just appear in front of someone, cry loudly, and then hope the person runs away.) Unfortunately, this was after there was a big horror marathon at the local movie theater, so everyone he tried to scare just ended up ignoring him altogether. All the Misdreavus really wanted was to have a someone to teach him new ways on how to truly be frightening, as well as trying to better himself as a better mon in the process.

Tony immediately took up the opportunity to become a new trainer, and Tony asked the Misdreavus if he wanted to come with him to find out more about what he wanted to do with his life, and of course the ghost type said yes, and Tony caught him and named him Stephen. And so, the two pals started up their own little private eye organization to help out ghost types that need help or anyone else in a situation beyond normal. With the arrival of the J-Team in Sinnoh, they planned on going there in search of new clients to help out, and maybe triumph over a few gym leaders along the way.

Species: Misdreavus

Nickname: Stephen

Gender: Male

Ability: Levitate

Personality/Bio: Stephen is always straightforward and to the point when talking to others, but that doesn't mean he can't snark at someone when he lets loose. (Especially when around Tony.) As a proud and noble mon, Stephen always takes pride in whatever he does and makes sure he always is able to do the right thing. He also acts as a conscience for Tony to make sure he stays in line most of the time. But most of all, he's determined to be a true friend with humans and other ghost types, and eventually, become the best scarer he was always born to be.

~ThanosBoi Hey! Looking over your signup, it mostly seems good but the stuff about Ghost Type lore doesn't quite mesh with the RP... Could you change it to more revolve around Misdreavus' dex entries in the games?

Yeah I can fix that. I'll take out the stuff about ghost types having a bad reputation, and change the reason why Stephen showed in Tony's house. It would be that nobody was getting scared of him anymore because most people have seen way too many horror films to be frightened, and thus he couldn't feed off of others and became depressed.

Edit: I just made a few tweaks to Tony and Stephen's backstory, hopefully this is better.

Also I want to mention I did in fact read the background lore index, but I didn't mention it in my earlier post because I want to discuss how I'm going to fit the sky opening event into Tony's story as a flashback.

You are allowed to have multiple team members to start with, yes! I started with two and others have started with teams of six. Just so happened that the most recent signups started with a single member.
