[up] Yeah... Not sure how anyone is surprised these two are a couple when the finale explicitly shows so

"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

We know they got together, I'm just surprised it's actually showing how it happened instead of pulling a Toriyama/Kubo and leaving main character romance offscreen since it doesn't fit with the usual themes.

There is no beginning. There is no end. There is only... Hooty.

[up][up] I don't know, I say it does fit with the themes. We did that that Big Mac/ Sugar Bell subplot in the last few seasons, after all.

This thread has been inactive for over a year. The last known issue (for G4 at least) is a few weeks off. Is there a reason interest in them tapered off when they did? (The last post was November 2020 before the then current arc become contentious.)

Is there reason to keep this thread as opposed to diss using such in the general MLP forum?

Here's an unusual one, IDW is launching a series that adapts classic literature with their characters called Classics Reimagined somewhat resonant of the Disney Presents series

They're starting with a version of Little Women called Little Fillies

I've enjoyed the G5 comics. Decent and as a change compared to many regular stuff manages to go by the done in one format, even with the first ten issues being a story arc.

Also the next Classics Reimagined mini is set for August: https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/JUN231435

Based on The Wizard of Oz.

[up] you have to admit that applejack as Dorothy is a perfect fit.

At some point in the past few weeks, Amazon decided to make all the G5 comics unavailable to purchase on Kindle in the UK, and I have no idea why.
