Also got some love for bringing a Kryptonite arrow out of nowhere to fight Overgirl.
Oh right.
That one was good (and especially impressive since Kryptonite shouldn't even exist on their world).
Oliver: In case I even have to fight an evil version of you!
And like, a year earlier, he got to see what an evil mind controlled version of Kara was like, so him wanting to be prepared is actually in character for this incarnation of Oliver.
One Strip! One Strip! What was your favorite "arrow" in the show?
I kind of liked the one time Magnet Arrow just for how out of nowhere it was. Other than that, Exploding Arrows and the Boxing Glove Arrow.
Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?I assume Krypton still existed, still exploded, and still sprayed Kryptonite everywhere in the Earth-1 universe, it's just that no Kryptonian survivors made it to Earth.
Colton Haynes opens up on why he left Arrow (again). Seems like there was some toxicity with a certain Cast Member going on behind the scenes, though he did not specify who it was
Man, it seems like hostility on the set is pretty much everywhere, isn't it? I wonder who it was. And I hope Colton got peace after departing.

- Arrow
- The Flash
- Legends of Tomorrow
- Supergirl
- Black Lightning
I'm going to throw Naomi on at the end though I won't be able to watch or find Vixen or The Ray.
Arrow episode 1
- I didn't realize Caity Loitz wasn't playing Sara Lance in the first episode.
- Oliver is so straight-forward during that dinner scene.
- I remember thinking that Oliver did a badass move and caught the first poison dart they shot him with.
- Seeing how tight the choreography and camera angles were back in Season 1 is going to make the later seasons painful to watch.
- Oliver dipping out of the backseat before Diggle noticed. Still funny years later.
- Oliver managed to set up hundreds of dollars worth of computer equipment, an archery range, lights, a salmon ladder, and a device for crafting arrowheads in the span of like a day.
- Quentin and the other cop were pawing the arrow Oliver left at the crime scene. Shouldn't that be considered evidence and, well, not handled so liberally?
- Weird how they divided the "Speedy is a drug addict" storyline between Mia and Roy.
- Drakon is one of Green Arrow's iconic rogues, yeah?
- So what became of Adam Hunt, and is Diggle just cool with Oliver knocking him out.
Episode 2
- "Dead people don't want anything. It's the benefit of being dead." This line got a Call-Back in the Season 5 trailer and it took me this long to remember where it was first said.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Arrow had a darn good pilot. Though it's amusing that, in light of the Season 5 finale, Oliver's just wearing a wig and fake beard when they're rescued, and only had to rush to contact the boat because they got held up killing Dolph Lundgren.
The Arrow pilot definitely succeeded at setting a particular mood, it has the expected awkward exposition and maybe a bit too intense at times but the particulars of Oliver setting up his quest and setting up the group dynamics is what made the show get picked up.
Do you not know that in the service one must always choose the lesser of two weevils!Ollie narrating throughout the first episodes was kinda cool.

I've always loved the "Double arrow", the one that splits into two mid-flight.
How it nailed Alex Faust to a wall was pretty sick.
