Explosion took place at a fuel depot in Nagorno-Karabakh. Armenia reported this.
The Nagorno-Karabakh government announced that it will disband before the end of this year.

WP mentions that there’s still the need to assess the well being of ethnic Armenians, especially those who don’t want to be Azerbaijani.
Baku says no autonomy or special government will be provided, but their rights as a minority will be protected under law.

Would any Armenians even stay in Karabakh ? Apparently over a half left in just 9 days time.
As I speak, a lot are leaving for Armenia. Russian peacekeepers and Armenian police are helping them get to the Armenian border.
Nagorno-Karabakh: Erdoğan praises Azerbaijan as thousands flee to Armenia
Excerpt:
Aliyev hosted his Turkish counterpart on Monday in the autonomous Nakhchivan exclave, a strip of Azerbaijani territory separated from the rest of the country by Armenia. Last week, Erdoğan, an ally of Aliyev who backed Azerbaijan with weaponry in the 2020 conflict, said he supported the aims of Azerbaijan’s latest military operation but had played no part in it.
Because of course that asshole can't help but do that.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.UN to send mission to Nagorno-Karabakh for first time in nearly 30 years
Summary:
1. The Azerbaijani government and the UN agreed on a mission to Nagorno-Karabakh due to the exodus of Nagorno-Karabakh's Armenian population.
2. This stemmed from the Armenian government asking the International Court of Justice to have Azerbaijan withdraw it's troops from Nagorno-Karabakh.
BBC report on Nagorno-Karabh that most of the ethnic Armenians living there have left. A few have reported to remain.
In the newspapers I’ve seen pleas from the Armenian diaspora for other countries to intervene and sanction Azerbaidjan the same way they did for Ukraine and Russia, even calling is a "second Armenian genocide" but… what is the international community supposed to do here?
NK is considered Azerbaidjani territory by the UN and the Armenians are apparently leaving of their own volition (although it is by fear of persecussion) so I’m not sure what the right course of action would be.
Sanctions would be an ideal solution but not only would Turkey and Israel oppose it (attracting their powerful patrons) but it would deprive the anti-Russia bloc backing Ukraine of easily available oil.
And if waiting for anyone to go after the Aliyev family is an option, not unless their's opposition that would be more human rights-friendly than the Aliyev-dominated government and are as active (in exile) as Belarus' Coordination Council.

... Why'd Israel oppose it? Bad blood with Armenia?
Secret Signature
Is more that Israel has strong ties with Azerbaidjan
Every Hero has his own way of eating yogurtAzerbaijan is Israel's gateway for various kinds of black ops shenanigans in Iran.
Echoing hymn of my fellow passerine | Art blog (under construction)Ah I see. Truly a fucked situation there.
Secret SignatureAzeri security forces are also equipped with Israeli stuff too like Tavors and the SPYDER, being a major customer.
Azberjain and Israel have really close ties. Like their one of azberjain's main weapons suppliers and from what I've heard average azberjain citizens are pretty appreciative (their was a weird video awihke back showing normal azerberjain citizens thanking Israel)
The entire conflfut is weird. I that Armenia (a premoninetly Christian democracy) is backed by iran (a predomitly Muslim theocracy) are facing azberjain (a Muslim dictatorship) whose main allows Are Israel (a predemonitly Jewish umh struggling democracy)
