There are too many to list. The most interesting ones are "Run for Your Life" by Riot and "Run for Your Life" By Riot, from Fire Down Under and Thundersteel. Apart from the titles and the fact that they were from the same band, the songs aren't related in any way. There's also one by Jaguar with the same title.
I also realized that I have way too many songs that have titles beginning with the word "beyond".
For we shall slay evil with logic...When Joy Division went by the name Warsaw, they recorded a demo for a song entitled "The Kill", which was basically a rather run-of-the-mill punk song with a bit of a metal edge. Fast forward about a year to the abortive sessions for their first album, and they record another song in their newer style... entitled "The Kill", with completely different melody and lyrics from the earlier track.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception. Here's a recent one that comes to mind: "One World" by Anthrax and "One World (Not Three)" by The Police. Both songs have a similar message (as indicated by the titles).
Road Runner/Roadrunner - The Zombies/The Modern Lovers
I think it's close enough.
I have two songs called "Because of You" — which, coincidentally, are by two of my favorite artists.
