Sith can't become force ghosts. Lucas established that early on and the new canon has made sure that's a fact.
Sith can survive through Body Surf shenanigans and holocrons but only parts of them so far remain, not their whole being

I'm a little jaded towards The Boys for being A) not the gross and vulgar superhero roast I expected and couldn't wait to see translated to television, and B) being so beloved in such a short span of time
